Every day on Excelsior I run a daily afternoon Mothership Raid in the Rikti Warzone. Invites start around 3pm EST. (8pm GMT)
My global is @Doctor Proteus but I rotate through my many characters every 3 Veteran Levels earned per character.
I will announce what character I will be on in the excelsior-events channel on the Homecoming Discord 1 hour before invites go out. All levels are welcome. The raid may occasionally run late or be called off, pending changing circumstances. I will announce changes/problems in excelsior-events if possible. There is usually a coterie of reliable fellow Raid Leaders who step in whenever I am absent to ensure the usual Afternoon Mothership Raid proceeds uninterrupted.
EDIT: I set the time for 3pm on the calendar, but some people are telling me it is showing as 10am for them. This may be because the calendar is using my time-zone in the UK as the basis, but for the records it is meant to be 3pm in the USA. Please keep me informed if anything seems off.

Anyone who wishes to attend should ask for an invite in the Rikti Warzone broadcast channel, so I can see we are in the same zone. Please ask in broadcast and do not send me a direct message. I cannot invite players to the league if they are members of the opposite faction unless we are in the same zone. I do not want to have to /who everyone while I am focusing on assembling and organizing the raid, and replying to direct messages can be a hassle, especially if there are many.
If I can I run two raids a day so that anyone who did not make it into the first run at least has a chance to attend at least one raid if they choose to stick around for round 2.
At the start of the raid during the Pylon phase, I will give out comprehensive instructions on what to do in full-caps in the Request Channel, so anyone new to Mothership Raids will have an idea on what to do and so I can give out bomb assignments. I use the Request Channel so that people can still use League Chat freely. Bomb Assignments will be sent out a second time at the last pylon for anyone who arrived late.
Please make sure you have the Request Channel active in an visible chat window. You can check by clicking on a chat tab and going to edit, this will show what channels are active in that chat window.
I try to be as fair and impartial as possible to attendees. Anyone who leaves the zone or disconnects has about 4 minutes to return before their spot becomes available to anyone waiting in the zone. If the raid fills, any additional Players will be queued for entry into the raid in order of their arrival to the zone, to the best of my awareness. I cannot promise that I will always be able to keep track of everyone who comes and goes. Anyone who leaves the zone will be removed from the queue.
If you need to go AFK during the raid, please let me know. People tend to assume someone who has gone AFK Un-announced is a leech.
I and most raid attendees do not appreciate Leeching. A Leechers spot is a spot that could be used by someone productive who may be waiting to get into the raid and most attendees can be very vocal to me about it. Anyone who needs to go AFK should let me know beforehand.
I am from England and not running on EST. I am not intimately familiar with American time-zones nor will I be immediately aware of any changes to American time-zones. I apologise for any confusion this may cause if American time-zone shenanigans occur without my knowledge.
When referencing the daily event, I typically take into account the fact I am on an American server, and consider myself a guest, so I try to use American time. For me the raid starts at 8pm in the evening, but I refer to the event as being in the afternoon based on the present time in the U.S.A.

In a world full of Heroes and Villains performing epic accomplishments, sometimes it's the little people who have to get their hands dirty and handle the smaller problems.
The Amoral Hearts roleplay campaign is an on-going, weekly series of sessions focusing on street-level rogues living and operating in the Etoile Isles.  Not Destined Ones by any measure, these player-characters are your typical freelance "problem solvers."  Inspired by the likes of Shadowrun and other tabletop roleplaying games, Amoral Hearts has a heavy focus on non-violent conflict resolution, performed through the Rising Pinnacles in-game test resolving mechanic (see link above).
Players interested in becoming involved weekly would be interviewed for compatibility with the overall themes and tone of the campaign, and then their character(s) would be interviewed in-character with the "job fixer."
Players interested in providing supporting roles as "NPCs" or antagonists may also contact the player organizing this campaign.
Please feel free to reach out to @VileTerror in-game for more details or to explore opportunities to participate.
Takes place on Everlasting.  8pm Eastern.
NOTE:  Decidedly -not- "comic booky," this campaign borrows from a variety of media for inspiration.

Cyrus Oliver Thompson was a retired hero from Kings Row who came out of retirement one last time to help the Freedom Phalanx save the City, and it cost him his life.  After his heroic sacrifice, a memorial statue was built to honour him in the place that he frequently sat to feed the pigeons during his twilight years.  Serving as an inspiration for many, Cyrus' memorial makes an excellent place for heroes, law enforcement, and civilians alike to come together to celebrate the lives of those who serve the people.

AKA The Weekend Special
So you've seen the call for the Hamicide, but just not sure what it is. Well, here we will try to summarize the basic idea of the Hamicide weekend special.
Lil Claw (LC) spices things up with a Hamicide on their raids on the weekend. The raids still consists of 3 runs: a Zerg run, an Old School run, and another Zerg run.
So what do you mean by 'Zerg' run? A Zerg run means NO MITO take down phase. We attack Hami head on. Once Hami has spawned everyone in the league is brought back to the safe rock. Everyone drops their lore pets on the safe rock before the attack phase commences. Lore pets are passive until the active attack. Group buffs are handed out, i.e. Clarion, Support, RA, Bubbles, etc.  LC and the tank will go down to Hami. The league needs to take an EoE and well as Acc/Dmg inspirations in order to bring down Hami quickly. LC will then teleport the entire league down to Hami for the attack. Lore pets are then set to aggressive. What do I need for this run? You need 1-2 EoEs, a couple of large Accuracies and several large Damage per Zerg run. The idea is to bring down Hami as quickly as possible.
So what do you mean by Old School run? Old School run is an older way of doing the Hami raid. (Also of note, is that some shards may still perform their Hami raid in this manner.) What this entails is as follows. The 2nd run/Old School round is a NO LORE PET attack. This is run on the second round so that the league has time for all Lore Pets to recharge. League buffs are given out prior to starting the run. (Clarion, RA, Bubbles, etc.) The first part of the run proceeds as normal, with each team taking down their designated Mitos. At the Hami attack phase Clarion may be handed out again. During the first pass Hami is taken down to 75% health, in a slower fashion to allow Mitos to respawn. Once Mitos have reappeared, each team returns to the Mito attack pattern as before. Taking all Mitos down for a second time. When Mitos have been cleared a second time, the attack resumes on Hami. League buffs (Clarion/Support) are given and Hamidon is defeated. What do I need for this run? As this is a longer overall attack phase, the player will ideally want 8-10 EoEs for this round.
What should I bring to the Hamicide? DPS! DPS! DPS! Can't say this enough. We need Melee and Ranged damage. Generally speaking we're asking for about 16 players each for melee and ranged dmg for a total of about 32 damage bringers. Kinetics. The minimum number of Kins needed for the Hamicide is 6, but more are always welcome. We'll be heavily relying on Fulcrum Shift in order to muster enough damage to bring down Hami quickly. Other hero types. Due to the Old School run in the middle, we still have need for heals and holds. LORE PETS & REDS. We don't care what lore pet, just whichever one you like. Lots of Reds to do damage ASAP. We're contending with all of the the damage the mitos normally do, in addition to Hami itself.
Rewards are exactly the same as any other Hamidon Raid.

The Arena District of Port Oakes is probably the safest place to be in this densely-populated island, under the watchful eyes of Arachnos, the most severe criminal activity tends to be loitering by the homeless, brawls by the Marcones and Hellions, and the occasion break-in.  All things considered, that makes this a positively AAA neighbourhood as far as most residents of the Etoile Isles are concerned.  The frequency of street-meat vendors in the area only helps cement the positive reputation the Arena District holds.
Note:  Port Oakes' Arena District has enemies of approximately Level 5 to 10.

The Saturday Night Synapse™ you loved as a single team event has now grown into a league! We meet every Saturday at 8PM ET in Skyway and form as a league, but each team runs their own Synapse. This is not a race to see who can complete the TF fastest. Instead, we coordinate our Babbage spawns and pull them together for some big-time clockwork fun!!
All teams in the league do the missions of a normal Synapse TF until we get to the "Defeat the Clockwork Lord" mission. Once the Clockwork Lord is defeated and the mission is completed, wait to exit until all other teams complete the mission. So bring your patience! When the OK is given to exit, each team leaves the mission and waits for their Babbage to spawn. We then pull the Babbages to open central area for a party! Since we're in league, it's easy to pick a spot that's central to all the teams. And Babbage will follow you anywhere... just be careful to keep him away from any police drones.
We're currently running with 3 teams, so we get 3 Babbages. But the more the merrier!
No need to RSVP. First come, first serve. Or you can send a tell to @Kalikamata in game.

All times given below are LOCAL time of Western/Central Europe (careful with daylight adjustment)... currently it's DTS... so +1hour vs what is shown in the calendar.
Every Saturday at 20:30 Hamidon in the Hive will get taken down, before that will be a Giant Monster hunt (gathering starts at about 20:00, hunt starting about 20:10) to get some EoE for everyone.
Once the Hive-Hami is down the Raid moves to the Abyss for the second Hamidon.
Bring straws or spoons for the pudding 😉
Also: as this event has been very regular for the past year(s), don't hesitate to ask when it will happen. Reunion is a small but fine and helpful community.

The Sanctum of Shadows is an island which exists outside of our physical realm, in plane known as The Midnight Sea, off beyond the Far Horizons.  Essentially an old Oranbegan's "lake house" retreat, it is traditionally kept in a state of perpetual, peaceful darkness.  However, lately the Sanctum's pavilions and surrounding islands have been lit up like a birthday cake with torch- and candle-light.  Flowers have started to bloom and garlands of roses have appeared.  Even the Karnaim, the magi's Skybound warship, has found herself decked out for a celebration.

Salamanca had been a very popular vacation point and maintained a university campus for many years, but the invasion of monsters put an end to the tourist trade and seriously limited the use of the school.  The Paragon City Monorail still takes passengers here, even though the town is filled to the brim with supernatural beings.  Additionally, many heroes with innate magical abilities often find the ley lines in this area to be quite potent and even sometimes beneficial.

The First Rikti Invasion was a war which shook the Primal World in a profound way.  While Paragon City took the worst of it, and has since received the most investment in terms of repairs and recovery, there are still places throughout the world which bear the scars from that terrible conflict.  The Omega District is one such area, so named for it once housed the headquarters of Omega Industries.  Repairs to the area have been exceptionally slow due to a persistent and pervasive fog.  Some say that the underground facilities of Omega Industries are still operational, and even that they're the source of the fog.

A group of Freakshow goons took over and blocked off an industrial section of Baumton and turned it into a ridiculous hub of drug-fuelled partying.  Its main attraction, "Freak Town," used to be a chemical warehouse.  That is, until the Freakshow associate known as "Gas Kid" helped the Freaks turn it into a veritable chem mecca.  The club has everything that a villainous psychonaut could ever want:  Superadine, Excelsior, and Rage are on tap for any paying customers to indulge upon to their hearts desire.  Chemical concoctions of all types are available at the various chem-bars throughout the club, including many addictive ones that keep the customers coming to dance night after chaotic night.  Just stay away from the Freaks' chemical megamachine in the back - the fumes are NOT free, and the bouncer may throw you out if they catch you back there sucking in steam.  An indoor and outdoor stage blare out a cacophony of Industrial music at all hours, and host any performers who are fine with entertaining drug-addled criminals.  Frights, bright lights, fights, and long nights are in store for any customers looking for a good, and weird, time.  Mohawks are not required, but they are promoted.

The Drenched Donuts Shop was one of the first buildings constructed in the New Overbrook neighbourhood when redevelopment of the "Faultline" disaster site began.  Boasting the "Best doughnuts in all of Paragon City!" ™ the site is a popular location for the members of Paragon's Police Department to frequent.  Additionally, many heroes and meta-powered individuals have been witnessed flying or leaping through the hole in the giant, inflatable donut decouration on the roof of the building.  Some concerns have been presented against the building, however, as it appears that a construction oversight has left the building with no emergency exit.

Whenever Arachnos secures a would-be "Destined One," the first place they typically drop them off is on the steps leading to the Mercy Island Arachnos Administration Building.  While Arachnos used to bring these villains to Fort Darwin, Longbow ruined that several years back by successfully converting the fort in to a foothold for their own operations in the Isles.  Arachnos will often enlist these villains to help with the Longbow situation, but it never seems to "stick," and the damned Candy Canes (as many villains like to call Longbow personnel) keep on creeping back in to the various corners of Mercy.

While it might appear dark and dank, the bayou-inspired terrarium is actually a rather peaceful place.  As not all heroes are interested in the bright sunshiny veneer of suburbia, or the glistening steel and glass of down town metropolitan living; sometimes it's nice just to get away from it all and go somewhere where the most hustle and/or bustle you need to contend with are the fireflies, frogs, and storks of a healthy swamp.

The neighbourhood of New Haven in Cap au Diable may be small, but it is affluent, containing the Cap au Diable University, the Langston Corp building, and the home of the WSPDR news network, as well as one of the Vanguard Outposts in the Etoile Isles.  While Goldbrickers and Arachnos are known to harass people in the area, it is relatively peaceful for the Isles overall.  That is, at least, until the rare appearance of the mysterious Deathsurge Monster.  All the same, the gazebo (location -960, 6, 1080) found along the eastern coast of New Haven tends to be far enough away from danger that people can sometimes meet there unaccosted.
