Tahquitz and WanderingAries...Thanks for replies. Thanks for directions to the entries. I didn't think it was a glitch, but not willing to spend time looking. It was clear that the ruins are underground, but as I flew around - apparently not widely enough - I didn't find the entry point. I didn't realize that the Discord connection to the GM was in this forum until I just saw it today, so was trying to communicate with him/her in-game. That finally worked out and he/she autocompleted the first "Clear" mission so I could move on, but when the second caused me the same frustration. I abandoned. As I said in my last reply, I won't continue with Agent G. I did try in-game request for help in the general chat and help chat channels, but got no help. You're correct about personal info. That's why I tried to keep it as clear as possible of any specific info other than what's in the clear in the game. Anyhow, thanks! Optiker

GM Arcanum...I'm abandoning this Faultline, Agent G storyline. After GM autocompleted the one above ("Clear out first ruin"), the followon poses a similar problem - location beyond the edge of the map, and I've been unable to find an entry to get there. I'm missing something, but not willing to ask for more of your time or spend more of my time on it. These two missions, and more if there are followons of the same nature, need some marker to show where to get in. Thanks for your attention.

Hi... You replied to my support request to use Discord...I haven't been able to establish Discord. You said I wasn't online...I am and in Faultline, hovering over the target location, about 30-40 yards under the pavement. I previously posted that every time I launched, it would update. Well, it seems maybe there were actual updates because then the game would run fine. It was just the nuisance of having to wait for an update that cut into my play time. I never got that solved, but maybe there was nothing to solve. However, today, it updates every time I try to launch, but then nothing happens - window closes without showing "PLAY." I've tried multiple times and always the same. Please help because it would appear that I can't play CoH until I get a solution. Possibly related question is that in the Tequila window, at the upper left, it shows "Homecoming" highlighted, so I assume that's what's being updated and launched. The next entry down looks like a 64-bit version. My computer is 64-bit. Should I be running that and if so, how to I change that default to the 64 bit version? Is it wise to do so or is there a downside? I tried double clicking that right after the update started and have had variable results. Once, the download stopped and the game launched and played fine. Another time, it ran, but all sorts of things were screwed up. For example, my character had all kinds of abnormal graphic effects like surrounded by fire, a jetpack that I don't have, and others. Also in one mission, the warhulks in an office building scenario were huge - several stories high, right through multiple floors, though functionally, they seemed normal. I haven't tried that again. Have done that and no change. In-game, change from windowed to 1920x1080 and it fits top, bottom and left, but way off on the right. To give you a feel for it, with the power-menu block, if I grab the left-most edge and take it fully to the right, all is off-screen to the right of the middle of the first power circle. Playable but if i n a hot fight, I go off screen at the right, I lose control. Some game I play has a setting to keep the cursor on-screen - would be nice but can't have everything. 😉 Thanks! It's not updating every time, but I doubt that has anything to do with editing the registry for screen settings. Regarding screen settings, the settings in the registry are still right, but the login screen still comes up offset, and once in, if I reset to 1920x1080, it comes up OK on three sides, but way off on the right. With the map at its smallest size, I can drag it almost entirely off-screen to the right - probably could but once almost off, I guess the mouse loses it. I've got the Windows screen setting at 1920x1080 and the same in the Intel Graphics Settings. I've got an icon in the extended tray for nVidia GeForce GTX 1060, but the NVIDIA GPU Activity says that there are no applications running on this GPU. I thought that when I bought the laptop (Alienware Predator Helios 300) the nVidia card was the default. Maybe something is messed up here. Not sure what to try next, but willplay windowed mode for n ow. 😥

I cranked up my courage 😕 and changed the settings to size 1920,1080 and position 0,0 in regedit. At first, didn't seem to do anything. I launched the game and opening screes still offset.So I changed to windowed on the opening screen options, went in and changed to 1920x1080 in the in-game options. It worked, however, the images displayed while traveling to a different zone are still offset. I can lvie with that. We'll see the next time I launch if it's still working. I presume I need to edit these values: screen X 1540 (assume that's size, if so, change to 1920?) screen X_pos -9 (change to 0) screen Y 845 (if size, change to 1080?) screen Y_pos 0 (no change) Can you verify that I should edit those values as above? I'm not exactly a newbie, but not confident in messing with the registry. Thanks! Optiker
