That's kind of the reason that EA has not made its way to Tanks, it would be almost too powerful. Toss a few sets in an ya you will be sitting at cap RES and DEF. I love the set an would love for them to port it to tanks, but like Zect said "port with care".

ED seems to be the thing that holds back using special origin enhancements from really being a alternative to IO sets, if there was a way that having more non-IO enhancements and less sets would curb the effect of ED, I think that might do more for build diversity then just a straight damage proc.

I would change it so if a character does not have any crafted IO's or set bounces ( just SO's) then they are not effected by ED. I think this could open up new builds for people and would help out those that are not as familiar with IO sets.

Just a question that was in my head when I was looking at a list of viable scrapper primaries and secondaries, what about Willpower makes it less viable then other secondaries in PvP?

Wanted to see what other people thought of the armor set in PvP. should I try and make it of should I make another toon and use another secondary in PvP? I am a Battle Ax/EA if that changes anything.
