  2. So I don't know who can look into this; Is there any way to not force the test server on us? I can't launch the game because Tequila won't let me launch Homecoming while it sits here and downloads the test server @60kbs. Could the test server be put on a separate manifest that people can add at their own leisure?
  3. It really is haha. It just seems silly fun. Also I should probably credit you for the Shield slots. As far as I'm concerned your slotting for /shield scrappers should be the gold standard. Please do share! I should factor in Incarnates. I haven't ever had a 50 though, so I have no idea what I'm looking at with those. I just can't settle on a first 50. I have a SS/WP brute @30 but I'm thinking about either making this Elec/Shield or Murcie's Dark/Shield and taking that to 50.

  5. Hey just made a couple changes to the slots. Brought the Melee/Range/AOE closer to 45% softcap. Added a poor attempt at +recharge on shield charge to hopefully try to get a proc for perma-haste. (roughly 4 chances to proc per haste cycle) Added a slot to Shadow Maul to add Superior Critical Strikes +50% crit proc. I'm not 100% certain how this works, but if someone could let me know that would be awesome! It was between that one and the other Scrapper ATO crit enhancement. Oh I almost forgot, I replaced the Gambler's Luck Def/End enhancement in Combat jumping with the Kismet 6% accuracy enhancement as well.   7. He is actually damn near softcapped for incarnate without incarnates. 59% Lethal and Smashing DEF. I mean overall those defenses are damn good. If you are referring to Resistances, then no he is not softcapped, but that won't matter if they can't hit him. The only issue I see is that when a hit does inevitably land he might be one shot.
