  1. Hello everyone, this is my first Sentinel and I could use some ideas on it's build, I do have some experience with Water Blast but Radiation Armor and Sentinels itself are completely new to me. This is the build i came up with, would you make any changes? I did some initial testing and seems to be lacking some single target damage as it is, problem is I don't want to sacrifice too much defenses, i don't like the idea of glass cannons even on blasters, and resistances alone won't keep me alive.   2. Only having defense alone is a matter of luck, if you can not play in a controlled environment where you can easily keep the mobs held / stunned / whatever, you'll likely die(No, you will die). One way to mitigate this could be to increase your resistances against smash / lethal, but even so, in the end I think it would not make that much difference in general, you would last a few more hits though. Personally I'd rather focus on ranged defense, although you still depend on lot on your luck, it's better in the fact that you have a chance to dodge ranged damage of all kinds. As for melee / AoE, I prefer to keep the mobs under control, it works perfectly, except for EBs / AVs, it is not easy to get a good amount of defenses in those 3 without much investment or sacrificing other things.
  3. Alright, here's the updated build, i have managed to reach 40% Ranged Defense, Energy and Negative. I made it with Fire Pool as it really synergizes well with Fire Control. I have yet to do any in depth testing but it looks way better than before. Don't mind the slot levels, i haven't done a leveling path for this build yet.   4. Thanks for answering, i loved your idea on RoF/Fireball, it should be insane with Fire Cages/Bonfire, but also a very heavy endurance eater eh? The reason i didn't invest too much on the Ice Pool powers is that i don't know where to remove the slots to realocate them without losing too much ranged defense(which to be honest is the one i'm mostly worried about), the initial idea was to keep the mobs controlled as much as possible, which would keep me mostly safe from melee/AoE damage(except from EBs/AVs). Other thing that is troubling me a lot is the single target damage, it takes me quite a while to kill a EB. I noticed that Mind Probe is probably better than Mental Blast on that case, i'm going to do some changes later and post them here.

Hello everyone, i've just made this build for my new Dominator, i intend to run every kind of content on him(including farms) which is why i went for higher defenses, ended up with a softcapped smash/lethal/energy/negative/ranged, further testing is needed and i would love some ideas/criticism. Endurance seems to be a problem initially, but with Drain Psyche and Perma Dom it shouldn't be that bad.
