  1. It does a good job with the Regen. The thing is I remember farming very well with Fire/Psi way back when the ideal map was the TV farm, and half the enemies there were Nemesis which are far from ideal PS fodder. The only times I can recall dying is when I had a network flap, or screwed up somehow. This is prior to incarnates, APP proliferation, the KB to KD IO for bonfire, and granted the PS nerf. All that said I think it’s important to focus on a farm where the max group size doesn’t exceed 16, so that means no roamers. I’m thinking of shooting for the council empire mission as my farm. As said already, control is our defense and that’s what we should build around.
  2. I had a Fire/Psi way back in the day on official and am making one here. I think you should look at one of two things as far as Ancillary Power Pools. Either Ice for the Sleet / Ice Storm combo. There’s decent damage and control there, and Sleet of course has the -Def/-Res effect. The other option IMO, and one that I’m trying first is Fire for the Fireball/RoF combination. I think with the present state of Psychic Shockwave there’s a more viable attack chain there. Also it’s worth considering the nature of farming you’ll be doing. Packed maps will be out due to the 16 target maximum you will have to contend with. If you pull much beyond what you can control you will be screwed. That said, I think that the KB ->KD enhancement in Bonfire has tremendous defensive potential for us. It also is not affected by Fire Cages -KB/-KU effect as far as I’ve been able to tell. I’m still tweaking my build but will post it here when I have it where I like it.
  3. Range is standard melee of 7. Same range as Slice which has a 130 degree arc. Granted PBS is higher damage.
  4. Currently the power has a 69 degree arc. This requires enemies be virtually on top of each other in order to hit more than one target. Compare this with the animation which shows what appears to be a 180 degree arc. While an increase to a full 180 degrees (while optimal) may not be warranted, some increase I believe is in order to make the power more usable. Some area around 120-140 degrees would probably be a good spot.
