  3. This game desperately needs more level 50 taskforces. 3-5 missions maximum. Have the end boss do all sorts of crazy annoying game-breaking stuff. (Some potential options): Ignores defense/resistance/absorb IO bonuses Ignores damage from procs Ignores Absorb & Defense & Resistance Is immune to -res, -def, and -HP debuffs. Has an autohit attack for -99% HP damage. (With a second DoT for 51%.) Or maybe even autohit autokill? Maybe even an AV that ignores the oneshot code? Autohit DDR attack. Stackable.

  4. This is being changed - the stealth will remain fully active unless you attack or are attacked, but the defence will still suppress if you are aiding an ally (which includes Leadership).

It doesn't behave quite like Invisibility, it occupies the same position as Stealth, and I'm not in the habit of changing things on such a minor level 'just because', you know? Especially now that it's hit live release - if this discussion was brought up during beta, I'd be a bit less caring. But it's still a bit silly to me anyway, since the words 'Stealth' and 'Invisibility' are not mutually distinct from one another. One is just a more specific term for the other. These are special tip missions which drop when street sweeping in most zones, and will direct you to any exploration badges that you haven't yet earned in that zone.   10. Your wall of text reads like you're angry and blame me personally for all of the problems that you feel support AT's have. Just so you know, I'm not now, and have never been a game developer. I've never held your favorite AT back or prevented the devs from implementing anything. I agree with you in that any quality of life improvements that can be given to support AT's should be.   13. City of Dark Souls... I'm sure that would appeal to somebody, but that "somebody" is about 112% not me. I'm with MT, here. We need new content at all levels, and I'd just as soon see time and effort put into things that are accessible to the largest number of players. Considering that everything, up to and including glancing sidelong at the keyboard while briefly considering taking an action, causes the 19' buff to cancel itself, perhaps the appropriate name would be "Invisibility", with the quotation marks, and the icon changed to a couple of hands doing air quotes.   15. If it was renamed to Invisibility, then people could be confused. Do they mean Infiltration? Do they mean new Stealth? Are they talking about the Illusion Control powers? I think it's just easier and clearer to just leave it named Stealth.

  16. I finally did it. I got to level 50. My highest level character on live was Girl Power on Union. She was level 49 when NCsoft pulled the plug and didn't allow you to subscribe as VIP any more. I tried everything I could to get VIP in the last 2 months that things were online, as my subscription had lapsed due to holidays in August. I even got a CoV Collectors Box mailed to me from America to try to use the vouchers in it... It was the first character I recreated when I discovered the game was back in april 2020.   17. For most NPCs that summon something (Raider Engineers, Comm officers, etc.) if you hit them while they're summoning - or hit them with a DOT before they can - their summons will fail. This doesn't seem to be the case with Death Shamans. Since I'm on a dark/dark Corr while I'm playing this (part of why this is annoying, with dark being resisted,) opening up with Nightfall (cone DOT) on an unaware Shaman will let him turn, start the animation and summon - even while taking DOT that would interrupt another summoning NPC.   18. These two things seem contradictory to me. Talk amongst yourselves and get back to us. Once you change or address it, will leadership toggles: 1) suppress stealth when solo? 2) suppress defense when solo? 3) suppress stealth when teamed or have active pet? 4) suppress defense when teamed or have active pet? I don't know how you guys want it to work, but it seems to me if I am chilling with my friends all stealthy and chatting but not attacking critters or players that we should not suddenly lose stealth or defense.   19. This is a great Page addition to Issue 27. Quality of life improvements galore. The Devs and Homecoming volunteer staff are really hitting home runs with their attention to detail and integrating community feedback. I can say without hesitation that this game is in the right hands.

  22. Good Morning everyone... πŸ™‚ Yes, it's that time again for another instalment of Character's I have made and am playing (at least in part) (Holy Bat Costume Batman!). So here we go... The first one is called Warp', and she is a 16th lvl Grav/Kin Controller. As you can see she is for the most part just a slightly redone Pocket D dancer (which you can find in the Custom costume sets btw) and she is quite fun to play, and very cool to look at too πŸ™‚.   24. Personally, I'd prefer a plethora of lvl 44-and-below TF's. But I'd be okay with 1 lvl 44-and-below TF created for every 3 lvl 50 TF's that are created. MOST people will want the max-level-content, or, such is my perception. I'd just like an occasional bone thrown to the non-incarnates.

Version 4250 Bug Fixes Fix a crash that could happen if multiple profiles tried to update simultaneously (usually from being set to update automatically) that both depend on a shared package that was also updated. Fix a reversion that would cause verify tasks to block other tasks from running.   29. My scrapper's snipe now hits a little more like a pool noodle, but I don't really care. Its a fast ranged attack that still hits hard enough for me to feel like I'm kind of cheating the system on a scrapper, and its muling an Armageddon set for no good reason other than moar recharge moar better and lol proc. Everything else is great about this update in my never-humble opinion, and I just don't feel all that fussed over the snipe changes.   32. Then don't do it. Optimal attack chains don't matter a hell of a lot in practical day-to-day missions. If you're competing for DPS on a pylon or attacking a very tough enemy, they can matter. But a typical boss or LT? Not really. If you aren't standing around waiting for an attack to recharge, you are doing fine. And if you want to have a little a-typical Stalker fun, try to fit Presence->Provoke in somewhere. This will solve any issues you have with enemies scattering while soloing and comes in quite handy, I've found, on teams for gathering up strays who might be attack

  33. I think that Infiltration is always going to be a slower travel power than Super Jump or Super Speed etc because it has the stealth and defense. Personally, I think it's a gem simply because it can take a Luck of the Gambler +7.5% recharge. That's a tradeoff that I'm willing to accept.

  34. And that's a good thing! In all seriousness, some people really enjoy the challenge of tough missions on their "perfected" characters. I would love more TFs to really test the limits of my incarnate alts. I've played AE missions that others have made, including 802.1, and ones that I have made with all bosses/ EBs. Even these are still not enough to pose a major threat to a prepared team.

  39. I also don’t really agree that teams in which everything dies in 2 seconds really present a support-specific problem. If everything is genuinely falling to the ground that quickly, why would that specifically be a problem for support players? Yes, they are not getting to apply their controls or patches to everything, but you can easily argue that no AT is getting to use the full range of their powers in that scenario. The damage AT’s are getting to execute the beginnings of their AoE chains but not getting to brawl with much after that. I do see how it is annoying for a team to be so successfu
