Homecoming Servers Privacy Policy

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, Homecoming Servers LLC (“Homecoming”) is the data controller.

This Privacy Policy also covers any other contact you may have with Homecoming in relation to City of Heroes, which may include (but is not limited to) communication via Email or Discord.

The information we collect includes (but may not be limited to):

  • Any chat messages sent through the Homecoming servers whilst playing City of Heroes

This information is collected automatically when you create your account and play the game.

Other information (such as system specifications) may be collected and used on a case-by-case basis for the sole purpose of conducting support and troubleshooting, and only when explicitly provided by you.

Homecoming also collects certain information using Cookies, which are required for our forum to function.


3. Information Storage

Homecoming permanently stores your account information, including your email address, on our secure servers. By agreeing to this policy, you consent to your information being stored and processed by Homecoming anywhere inside the European Economic Area, as well as the United States and Canada.

Chat logs are kept in the same location, but are deleted 7-14 days after being recorded unless they are part of an ongoing customer support request.
