OK so after checking firewall settings and various other things, things went nuclear......reset the router and we are rolling again. thanks for the replies folks.

cant seem to get the launcher to work. its downloaded the app but then i just get an error when trying to run it.

This has worked fine since 2019 and suddenly today im getting ''Manifest download error for http://patch.savecoh.com/manifest.xml The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive.'' Any ideas? Ive changed nothing on this machine. win10 up to date patch wise. Having read through the tequila blurb on here it suggests an internet problem. I also had a go at installing the launcher which also says it has no connection. Definitely got a net connection. turned off firewall very briefly, made no difference.
