  1. The Impervium Armor: +Psi resist is pretty much a wasted slot, since you're already over the psi resist cap, and psi enemies will already have a hard enough time hitting you. I'd put that extra slot into health, and put the Panacea proc in, since it yields approximately 0.4 end/sec on average. I'd also say try to work the Preventative Medicine: Absorb Proc into health, as well, if you can. But the rest looks solid. That global recharge speed is really impressive. Only real negative I see is that S/L resist is very low, so you may be prone to one-shots, where your scaling resists won't even kick in. You might consider just completing the LOTG 5-set bonuses for the large S/L resist set, but that's personal preference. If you gotta go fast, you gotta go fast. You are over the set limit on 7.5% run speed bonuses, so you should probably drop one of the Gift of the Ancients, at the very least.
  2. Gulb, I noticed in your latest build, you're over the set bonus cap for the 1.5% S/L resist, which is mostly coming from your Crushing Impacts and Red Fortunes. How much do you value that small fire/cold resist from Red Fortune? You could swap those out and complete the 4-set on Luck of the Gambler to boost your regen, take 2 slots out of Combat Jumping to avoid overcapping your health set bonus, and then put 2 more slots back into Dominate for extra procs.
  3. I personally think we could help offset the identity crisis that Tanks have by increasing their aggro limit from 17 to something like 24-30. I know it's possible, since the aggro limit was only introduced in i1, and it can be bypassed by ambushes. Right now, these Tanker changes are great, but they will only help Tankers hit the aggro limit faster, which is and always has felt very restrictive, especially because you will often find your group surrounded by more than 17 enemies in higher-end content.
  4. @Biohazard here, I was in League of Elite Heroes, a crusty old group from the early days of Freedom. Happy to be back!
