I've been enjoying /EA on sentinels, and have no problems eating alphas. I also have a Dark/Dark/Dark that I really enjoy. Those are the only sets I've tried, but my experience so far is that they are much sturdier than I was led to believe.

My main is a former Praetorian citizen whose brain was hijacked by an alien parasite. I've always assumed Praetorian origins would be as wide and varied as Primals.

EDIT because this worked for me... I moved the CoH app from /Applications to /Applications/coh/ When I launched Island Rum, it couldn't find the client and began downloading. Once finished, both HC 32 and 64 were now blue. I launched 64, and a window popped up saying that it was updating Wine. Once it finished, 64 launched without a hitch. I don't understand this stuff, so I have no idea why this worked. I think I’ve tried everything mentioned so far. Homecoming (32) attempts to launch then crashes with a “divided by zero” error, Homecoming 64 is greyed out and attempting to launch it does nothing—green checkmark appears for a few seconds then returns to normal. Fortunately, safe mode is still able to launch and is stable, so I’m grateful for that. For what it’s worth, HC64 was running beautifully until yesterday when I restarted Island Rum and it appeared to download a patch. From that point forward, 64 was greyed out and the problems began
