If you don't see a contact for Provost Marchand, look for Doctor Steven Sheridan. Sheridan gives the single player mission to Primal Earth.

Can confirm. Same thing happened to me! lvl 20, resistance alignment, in Neutropolis, used Find Contact and saw a contact in Talos Island, itchy finger, hero load screen back to going rouge loadscreen, loaded into Nova.... Oddly enough, once in Nova I was unable to select a destination on the map, my destination remained "Mistress Eva Talos Island". I was unable to select any contact other than Mistress Eva. When I select a mission it just switches back to Mistress Eva. Reloading toon from Character select and changing zones didn't fix the issue.

The drones that are typically behind Lt. MacReady are missing from the outbreak tutorial. I always thought it was weird that the drones were there to begin with lore wise so not sad to see them missing but Lt. MacReady and officer Parks still refer to them as if they are there. I'm currently in Excelsior.

@tripthicket Did you ever have any luck with this? I'm taking a shot at it now and would love to see any builds you may have come up with XD I really want to make it work.

I'm sad to hear about GM_Cyclone, thank you for sharing the link to the Teleread blog. Feels good knowing his toon Infurno has been memorialized like in Ready Player One/Two. I'll have to visit the Steel Canyon's library next time I'm online.
