  6. About to ding 40 on my Fire)/Rad Troller and I'm looking for some outside insight. On live I had a 50 Ill/Rad and a 50 Fire/Kin, so I'm very familiar with both powersets. I'm getting lost in what powers to not take (I mostly want them all) and what IO and ATO sets to maximize recharge, end use and anything else I should be focused on.   8. I've leveled a Bio/Rad tanker up to 50 + 16 vet levels. I've gotten all of my Incarnate slots opened and slotted, even have my Alpha slot maxxed out. As I'm starting on IO sets I'm starting to get a little lost on what is the best direction to go. So I'd like to get a fresh perspective for the possibilities.
