Boomtown barely exists and is an overly large zone, it is useless and always has been useless... If you guys ever decide to do any major zone overhauls, start there because the place sucks so bad. Just... anything... I dont even care... Maybe make it a project to provide housing for extraterrestrials that have been dislocated and need homes? Make Dillo the trainer, I dont care.
