  1. According to what I've been able to glean from sources ... the Energy Font proc has a chance to spawn temp pets that will (presumably) attack whatever they procced onto and proceed to attack. I'm assuming it works like a "poor man's Phantom Army" (kinda-sorta maybe?). As for details, that's apparently missing from City of Data so I'll have to find out ... later ... if that assumption is correct. Or someone who has been using it could post in here with their experience using the proc ... As for Energy Font. It spawns a little ball of light that comes from your character and move to the closest target. It does dots and does like a low mag stun when close; It has a stun aura. The damage isn't much but it's cool to make a little pet army - The maximum I've got out at one time is 3.

  5. Vigor Core Paragon for the Alpha Incarnate slot does not actually add Accuracy to the all powers affected by it.
  6. If I take out the slots in health and stamina then I'd lose a lot of Recovery. I'll consider getting the 3 slots though! Thank you.
  7. Hey all. Looking for advice to critique this build. It's almost done but not sure where to really go with it. It feels difficult to get everything good in there so I ended up not taking Dark Servant. I could probably 3 slot it at the end but that seems almost pointless to do if I can't budge 5 slots.
