  1. Thank you. I will take a look at other builds to see how they are gaining more recharge. Right now I'm doing 8/3 with bosses and EB on non io'd build but it's not easy or efficient. I have however, mastered my attack chains so like the idea of keeping more spines attacks. The resistence/def debuff makes kill a mob with bosses so much faster it even surprised me. Can't wait for better recharge on that also. Thx again.
  2. I recently did my own build which inadvertently differs from the extreme push to using Mu. It also has all but one spines power so does very well against bosses or higher. The numbers look very strong and superior to most builds I've seen posted. I'm posting my build without any incarnates for an easy comparison. Someone please critique this build before I spend big money slotting it. All comments welcome. I had 84 lev 50's back in the day with some very strong builds but back then my farmer was a fire/kin/stone troller. This time I went Spines/fire brute.   3. Ok, far more recharge now and still capped to fire. I may take the panacea proc out of health and use that elsewhere. I don't see the few extra hp making that much difference and I doubt I'll need the end.   4. Then why do all the farmers slot Aegis and the attacks to get there? I could get to perma hasten much easier wtihout it. If some bosses or EB's use Fireball or similar, and I'm the only one fighting while my sidekick hangs back buffing me with AB, I assume it would act as a ranged attack since I was the first target. I also assume that fire defence would kick in over ranged since it has both components. Also seems the same would apply for an aoe attack even if it hit something else first if my above logic isn't correct.
  5. Couple other questions. Do you guys use build up and Fiery Embrace separately? I was concerned that I would cap damage but wasn't sure what that number was. Also, how much AOE do you find in your fire farms? I didn't mention it above but my goal with this build was to make it better at killing EB's and bosses which I have achieved with the additional single target attack powers. I notice that many of your builds don't get close to capping aoe so if there is little aoe in the fire farms I can do wonders with this build then by rearranging things. Lastly, do I need kb protection in a fire farm?
  6. Thx for the info all. Appreciate it. Not sure how I missed the Panacea thing, I will fix that. I will go back in and turn off those things but before I turned them on all the vital numbers except recharge were solid. I think my recovery was at least 200%. My thinking on this build was to make it purely as a farmer for all fire farm builds. I plan to make an AE map myself and put a kin buffer in there to help with my recharge. I will lower my recovery a bit after testing, and get that 44.1% aoe up to soft cap easily. I went with Pyre over Mu mainly because I prefer a debuff and aoe quick firing attack over an immobilize that might keep some out of my burn and the build up power that does 100% buff to fire attacks will gel with FireBall far better than ball lightning. I just didn't see a need to go the Mu route when I can achieve everthing using Pyre. Also, while procs are haphazard, they do well in powers that tick for multiple targets constantly so I like them in powers like Firery Aura and Quills in lieu of ones like burn. I believe I can get my recharge up by reslotting a purple set with the extra slots I remove from stamina. I wasn't going for 51.9% fire def, it just happened. Perhaps I can save a slot there as well. I will post a tweaked version. If there is a better way to post Pines/Mids builds btw please advise. Thx again.
  7. EDIT: I tweaked my build after a few suggestions. You will find it farther down below on page one. Recharge is far better now. I turned off incarnates for a more accurate comparison also. I made a build for my new Spines/Fire brute from scratch. It seems far better than anything I have found on the net so I can only assume something is missing. The numbers are superior to most builds by quite a bit (more than double some builds posted on YouTube) in terms of defence, resistence, end use, end recovery, debuffs, number of attacks etc. so feel free to guide me on what you see wrong. My brute is level 48 now so I want to IO her out soon. Highlights: (All toggles except stealth on, all buffs such as build up off). Defence: S/L 26.1% to help with minions. Fire/Cold 51.1% melee 23.3% to help with minions. Aoe 44.5% (I so wanted over 45% but this is close enough.) Resistence: S/L 58.4% Fire 90% Regen 200% Max HP 104.9% End Rec 500%(8.33/sec.) End Use 1.38% Max end 100% Haste 112.5% To hit 6% Acc 42% Damage 10.5% No KB protection Very strong def debuffs aided by incarnates achieved via Melt Armor. Resistence debuffs via Melt Armor and and one proc in Blazing Aura so it will tick often. A full range of attacks for both heavy aoe damage and single target bosses, EB's and AV's. (Lunge is the only attack I didn't take.) Stealth if needed though shouldn't for a farmer. Super jump vs. SS (personal preference). Firery Embrace (100% damage buff to fire attacks) now buffs three attacks vs. the usual two. (Burn, Fireball's aoe and Blazing Aura.) Negatives: My acc is a bit lower than some though I have more to hit. To hit is an underated stat IMO though this may be the hole you all warn me about when facing 8/4 mobs. Keep in mind that I do have strong def debuff's in melt armor and all my attacks are buffed via incarnates. Would appreciate you pros grading this for me and please keep in mind that I love tweaking for every little thing. For example, do I have stamina over slotted?
