I have been away from the game for a long while and thinking about returning. My main Blaster (and Favorite) is an Ice/Ta/Ice. Now that we get Oil slick arrow I do not have anything to light it. Does anyone know if anything in the Electric or Fire Epic pool( I can respec into it) can light it? I know I can select an origin power at the P2W to do it but would rather not unless absolutely necessary. I also know that it's easy to reroll with a new origin but I would lose way too many badges that way as well. TY

Are the max levels listed on the wiki correct? Posi 1 for instance is 8-15 so since I am 50 I will be 15 with powers and slots up to 20 correct? Pos1 2 max 16 so 21? etc I want to solo them all so I want to outfit my character the best I can for each TF. Thank you.

I am trying to come back from a long absence. I was fooling with mids because I need to respec my Ice/TA because I still have to account for the TA changes a while back. However I always wanted an Ice/Ice and started making some builds. I figure since I have always played my ice/ta at range the ice/ice will be a blapper of sorts. I saw that you can put damage procs in Frigid Protection. Does it work well? Is it a good idea? Any thoughts on it are appreciated. I plan on softcapping s/l if it helps.

Hi all, I have always taken Storm over Breath due to the cone being only 30 degrees. However does adding range enhancements increase the cone degree wise or just distance you can use it from. I always believed it was the latter. Which do you all prefer and why?

Hi all I need to respec my lvl 50 Ice/TA because I just returned and they revamped it. Does putting a Bombardment proc in OSA light it? I believe I read that the new net arrow will. Is that correct?

Kim I highly do not recommend farming until you have gotten a character or 2 to 50 or at least in the 40s. In no way do you need to farm in this game to enjoy it and I often wish I hadn't started farming myself. However as a veteran player I already knew what the game had in store for me. Since based on a few of your threads it appears you are new to the game I feel you would get more enjoyment by just grouping or soloing if that is preferred and letting the game take you where it can. Farming, while very rewarding, can also become very boring and seem like a grind at times. That being said there are players out there that love it and you may become one of them but proceed with caution.

I am returning to the game after a break and had a concept for this combo as well. I am very informed about Ice but I have never used Martial so I have a few questions. How does Burst of speed get slotted, with procs or a set? Do you toggle off reaction time to get a bump to recharge or just leave it on? As a sustain it does not ever get toggled off by itself correct ie run out of end, mezzed etc? TY

I am wholeheartedly rooting for you to succeed here. Know that I went to great lengths to get my daughter to enjoy this game the way I do, even spending a month creating a Ladybug (from the Miraculous Ladybug Netflix cartoon) themed AE 5 mission arc which to my dismay she never played :(. Spending time with your child is so valuable that a good caring parent will do anything they can to make it happen. So Kudos to you and good luck.

I tried this because I really wanted my daughter to enjoy this game. I let her create many toons. I let her pick any combo ultimately I failed which is why my interest wanes from this game. I sincerely hope you have better luck than I did. If you do please tell me how you did it.
