IIrc, people would bring a dominator and put the heroes to sleep and then pick them off one by one. What magnitude of sleep is necessary to put one of those heroes to sleep? Is it the same magnitude for other mezzes and heroes/AVs?

How about this? What is a good percentage to use when guessing what an "average" damage bonus from fury would be for a toon?

idk if this is still current, but paragon wiki indicates that brute damage cap is 775% https://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Damage#Buffs_and_Debuffs

I think it maxes at 400%, but it's not a straight line progression. Somewhere in there is a "middle" of some sort.

How do I figure fury? Where can I find the formula for fury?
