  1. As in title, how feasible would be decreasing the cooldown between outfit changes? Currently it's at 15 seconds. I understand there's a reason (or several) for why it wasn't decreased further from 30 as it was on live, but I was unable to find it.
  2. Well, not exactly 'ranged', just not punching things. Three melee powers in Electricity Assault Dominator powerset are: Charged Brawl - activation time of 0.83s, Havoc Punch - activation time of 1.50s, and Thunder Strike - activation time of 2.53s. After looking through most of electricity themed powersets, I found following powers that I think could fit there with as little tweaking as possible: possible Charged Brawl: Electrical Melee - Chain Induction - 1.00s activation time, Electric Blast - Ball Lightning (including alternate version) - 1.07s activation time, Electricity Manipulation - Electric Fence - 1.17s activation time, possible Havoc Punch: Electrical Melee - Jacobs Ladder - 1.67s activation time, Electrical Affinity - Energizing Circuit - 1.67s activation time, possible Thunder Strike: Electric Control - Synaptic Overload - 2.37s activation time, Stalker Electrical Melee - Assassin's Shock - 3.00s activation time. There's also Electric Control - Tesla Cage - 2.17s that could possibly fit both Havoc Punch and Thunder Strike, but I imagine it would be much tougher to modify and doesn't look as good.
