Closing in on 50 and looking for a rock solid build, and not sure I'm satisfied at my first go. My goals are to mostly ignore my survivability and endurance except for the occasional EA and Hoarfrost, and caveman the heck outta some badguys. I've never done a Dom myself, but a friend asked me to work up an end game build for an Elec/Elec. No real requirements other than flight as a travel power. So I studied the resources I could find on things like perma-dom and oedipus_tex's powers description, and put this together. I know it's stupid expensive. But go big or go home, amirite? Anyways, looking for expertise on any obvious slotting and powers issues that with out the proper experience personally, I may be just doing wrong. Also, eeking out more defense would be a goal.
