[Let's Brainstorm] The Last 4 Incarnate Slots
Britannic replied to ThatGuyCDude's topic in Suggestions & Feedback
You probably want to avoid costume altering transformations to these kind of powers, but maybe if there's a choice over what kind of alteration manifested that could work. Oddly, Mind could be the place for this. We have this from Lord Recluse's background: And that kind of mental focusing could also be why Tyrant grows so massive in his final confrontation, and might possibly explain Stheno's snake-like form too. On the other hand, there's clearly other alternatives since Statesman and Hero 1 never manifested such drastic physical manipulations themselves. Some sort of "state-of-matter" powers, that you will yourself into perhaps? Mind could have enchanments like a temporary pure energy form; pure dark form; and even just pure physical form, for those that didn't want to be concerned with how their character looked. -
Cryptic own the Champions IP so no cost there, and they've stated in the past that it shares the same servers/infrastructure as STO, so again not costing them to keep the lights running. So the better question is if/when STO shutters how long will it be before CO follows?

I've found it doesn't always give a tip, seems to be a bit random when it doesn't.

Was reminded of this temp power again today, and thought I'd ask if we could get this as an alternate animation option for Arcane Bolt?

Though not a part of this update, I did notice that there's a gap in the geometry between the boot and the legs on both sides when using Awakened boots on males.

Incarnate Based Lore / End Game is Dissatisfying
Britannic replied to FFFF's topic in General Discussion
Arguably even most "supernatural" entites could be considered natural due to their powers just being a part of their nature. See the supernatural wizard entry from "A Dictionary of Fairies: Hobgoblins, Brownies, Bogies, and Other Supernatural Creatures" by Katharine Mary Briggs: -
Focused Feedback: Epic / Ancillary Power Pools
Britannic replied to The Curator's topic in [Open Beta] Focused Feedback
Increased cooldowns (even with global recharge reduction factoring in) on some of these powers while not increasing their potency feels at odd with other areas of the game. Honestly it'd be nice if they felt like mini Incarnate/Signature powers, long recharge but very potent when you need them. -
There's Arachnos hidden bases in Atlas and New Overbrook (Faultline) so the idea that our Rogue Island villains and Paragon City heroes can't be in confrontation easily is somewhat odd. So hazard zones, or high risk areas, should be no problem for villains to come and go as they please.

Inspired by MrAxe's sublime usage of the Legacy Chain helm, I tweaked the look of my character 'The Sceptred' over on Excelsior.

Expansion of Incarnate Judgement Slot Abilities
Britannic replied to Britannic's topic in Suggestions & Feedback
*Also spelling! Expansion. 😆 -
Is it at all possible to get alternate or additional Judgement Slot Abilities? For example an energy based wide beam eye laser ability, sort of like Superman's when he wiped out a battlefield full of Doomsday clones:

Focused Feedback: High-Level Circle of Thorns Revamp

Vote to rename them to the Circle of Jerks; or Circle Jerk for short. 😜 -
If there's an appropriate story to tell, why not? They took the effort to start rebuilding Faultline into "New Overbrook", the same can be done with New Galaxy City.

Surprisingly managed to snag the name 'Briton' on Excelsior. So made an alternate (alternate/alternate 😆) universe version of 'Britannic' there:
