If you're still considering changes. The Sonic blast set has a few that could be looked at. Also Speed boost is insanely loud when anyone decides to spam it on a group of 8 or more players.

This build looks fantastic... but I have an issue with trying to replicate it. HOW ARE YOU TAKING CHARGED ARMOR WITH NO OTHER EPIC POOL POWERS?!?! I can't take it without at least one other power in electric mastery. Right now, at 47, my son/son is taking psy instead, for dominate and the psy resist power.

I remember the pre-nerf Regen. It was crazy OP and I think people unfairly compare it to its former glory, if you'll pardon the pun. I feel like regen is a little weak early game now, and requires too many clicks. Other than that it has the potential to be fairly strong late game. If you can somehow soft cap defenses and resists with IO sets (I'm not sure both are possible) it would feel pretty unkillabled I'd expect. If I were going to "fix" the powerset, I'd change one of the clicks into a toggle and add maybe a small amount of resists to it (10%?). It might make it too similar to willpower though.

This program is fantastic guys! Thanks for the hard work on it. One question, is there any way to scale up the size of the UI within the window? It's really small on my screen, and the size doesn't change at all when I made the program fullscreen. I literally have to lean in to within a couple of feet of my monitor to see it (I normally sit 5 feet away, as I have a 34" monitor.) The info window also doesn't seem to be re-sizeable, even though all the other detachable windows in the program are, for some reason. On my screen, the info window is so small as to be unusable, I can't see half of the stats of powers in it because there's no way to scroll to fit all the text into the boxes.

It feels like I need to take all of Bio, and most of rad. Am I missing something here? Also, anyone that has a build worked up for this combo, posting it with maybe some brief explanations of the choices would be greatly appreciated. I have this combo at 50, just got to his incarnate shift, and I'm ready to invest a bit in him (nothing crazy, probably can't afford purples, but that gives me something to work towards later I suppose.)

How are you making 200 merits an hour, if you don't mind sharing? Weekly TF's is the best I've done so far. This week's was Numina, took, us 52 minutes for a 80 merit reward, and I thought that we were really cruising on it. How are you getting merits almost 2.5X that fast?
