  1. Can there be some rules on incarnate usage or just a standard set. I keep seeing people say ill/storm is the king yet in the tests hybrid assault is running while in the TW/Bio or StJ/SR the assault hybrids are not toggled which of course would make their time even better. Apples to watermelons comparison.

  3. I would go TW/Bio because Scrapper... Tanks/Brutes can do the tanking, so can focus more on damage but still very survivable should I get attention.
  4. Pretty good build you did on a budget. I tweaked some things but kept it cheap: 1) Got you soft capped on all positionals 2) Better Slotting/Rchg/Damage 3) 2 notable IO's I added, Stalker ATO proc(it's god tier as a stalker) and a Glad Armor +3def (the +res PVP can be for later it's not critical) 4) Swapped Assault(end hungry and minor buff) for Smoke Flash, smoke flash fits the theme but can be switched Stalker is about the damage and thankfully claws is very END lite so I switched Cardiac to Musculature Radial; can go Core for more dps or stay radial if you want the extra endmod. Though with all the end mod procs and physical perfection and ageless you will be fine. Last thing I would do is work on saving for Assassin's strike set, either grab all the Stalker ATO's or 5 Hecatombs w/ATO proc for more dps but more money. It's a really nice build for a budget which surprised me since I usually slot purps/and winterO's but this really has good stats.   5. Here is what I could tweak to get you to soft cap def s/l and melee. I ditched confront for proton sweep since it's a good AOE and is usually part of an attack rotation. Swapped slots around to get parasitic aura it's just too good to skip both for a mule for more rchg and end refill +you are super hard to kill with the regen and it will be up quite often. Despite these changes the new build out performs in most stats. You won't be able to squeeze much more rchg out of it and you are close enough for perma hasten with ageless slotting only way would be agility/spiritual alpha which are way too high a price to pay over Musculature on a scrap. Can tweak some stuff based on preference while still maintaining Def Soft caps...Dark Blast for Moonbeam(not a fan of the snipe as only under Fusion would you be able to use solo, it's just not consistent enough imo). Running both Auras is thirsty but thankfully Bio can recover between DNA Siphon/Parasitic also Ageless for +rchg/end it fill that hole should you still have one. Enjoy, I think you will like it.   6. Or you can just check the YouTube videos of me soloing that stuff in the post I linked, buddy. That's actual evidence of that stuff happening. Ok, so you stated Incarnates not needed to have Perma PA, but in your link of proof you wrote... Yea you can make a Perma PA without incarnates...will it be easy Nope, will it be cheap uhhh hell NO. You will be taking stupid powers just to mule stuff and losing def soft caps. Like Extor said from the start ICE/Cold is beastly with incarnates but his statement was in comparison to what Ill/Rad could do with much less effort.

    My favorite both on live and recreated is WM/SD. It's a perfect combination of single target and AOE capabilities with amazing DPS. The crunching sounds of war mace are so satisfying.
