Hopefully not a hard fix, but in the meantime it's frustrating that [Mind Over Body] has a Min FX option in the willpower set, but not the Psychic Mastery epic pool. I'm sure there's other powers with similar inflexibility, but this is the one bugging me most. If this has already been brought up, feel free to move this to said topic. Thank you!

Fur-rimmed parka hoods! Perfect for winter outfits, or any number of ice-themed characters! In the hood section, presumably.

Under the "hoods" section for head options. I think this would fill a gap in the current options, and be great for a variety of character types, from your Ice-users to pretty much anyone who doesn't want earmuffs but still wants a winter outfit. A nice fur-rimmed hood. Think about it!
