I'm experiencing this issue as well. The mission is "Disrupt Warrior Training", the first task from Alexander 'The Great' Pavlidis. I forgot to enable bosses so I stepped out, took a separate mission from another contact, reset to that mission, and then reset back. It didn't reset the mission. So I logged out, still didn't work. Tried resetting and then relogging, nothing. Tried joining another team and completed the team mission. (I don't know how long I was on that team but it was not a speed run; definitely more than 5 minutes.) The mission is still not reset. The map is still open and there are no bosses.
