Keep in mind MRB is not the original Mids nor is it Pines. Also what OS and version are you running. MRB requires .NET 4.7.2 as well

Loads /tactical arrow builds with raptor pack instead of electrified net arrow in the buld and won't remove raptor pack from the power slot.

Edit: I have recreated the issue you described and have determined this is due to the build you are loading using old/broken indexes. Older versions of Mids' (Pines Hero Designer, v 2.5 of MRB, and possibly the version from Titan network) were operating off of a DB that had overlapping index values which creates issues when loading certain builds by either replacing powers or enhancements. This has been fixed in the 2.6.0.3 revision of MRB and will be the standard going forward. Below are the patch notes from 8/9 which you will find in our Discord (Link in main 1st page)

This program is fantastic guys! Thanks for the hard work on it. One question, is there any way to scale up the size of the UI within the window? It's really small on my screen, and the size doesn't change at all when I made the program fullscreen. I literally have to lean in to within a couple of feet of my monitor to see it (I normally sit 5 feet away, as I have a 34" monitor.) The info window also doesn't seem to be re-sizeable, even though all the other detachable windows in the program are, for some reason. On my screen, the info window is so small as to be unusable, I can't see half of the stats of powers in it because there's no way to scroll to fit all the text into the boxes.
Currently there is not however it is something I am working on. It will require a major rewrite of some the foundation that MRB is built upon.

Windows System Defender still throws up a warning but can be bypassed.
I previously tried installing in a different directory on C:\ drive. Installing to default suggested drive location seems to have resolved my issue.
Microsoft should be removing this flag in it's next defender definition patch as it has been submitted and is a false positive

Yes, please remove Pine's Hero Designer prior to installation. While it is not required to do so, there is no benefit to still using it as Mids Reborn (MRB) is the direct replacement for it. MRB should be able to load any build from the original Mids Hero Designer by Mids and Titan Network as well as those from Pine's.
Please note that some builds might need to be modified and re-saved as MRB has had several index fixes for the database in comparison to Pines. These changes were implemented to prevent powers from overlapping or replacing each other when reloading a build. -

Which Antivirus gave you that error? If MRB_Setup was obtained via the link in this thread then this is a false positive and we will need to submit the installer.
Edit: MRB_Setup.exe has been submitted to VirusTotal and only 2 of the smaller AV programs are providing a false positive which are Rising and Zillya. I will be contacting these AVs to have this resolved.

This is mainly due to how Mids' was originally designed. Keep in mind it was originally vb and made back in 2005. To change this in the current app it would require an extensive overhaul. It's something I would like to change eventually wether it be in the current app or in a new one. Sadly it's just not on the radar atm

Sounds like you got a false positive, it happens sometimes. MRB can only connect to the outside world in 2 cases.

You are updating the program via the built in update option, in which case MRB only connects to our server to check for updates.
#2 You are using the Discord export feature, in which case MRB only connects to our API server to send the build information.

I am not seeing the slowdown on my personal PC (Windows 10 1903) nor the VM on my server (Server 2016) in which I work on Mids with. Personally not a fan of 1809, edge was junk built off of their IE core., and seemed to have multiple issues. 1903 is out and has been since end of may. It has the chrome based version of edge and runs a lot smoother in my opinion.

Which release? 2.6.0.3 had the Database indexing fixed. Pines, and prior releases of MRB the database had multiple index conflicts which cause power overlap/replacement.

This is happening with the Blaster Tactical Arrow set. To duplicate, start a Blaster build in Pines, select your T1 Primary and secondary, then save and re-load in MR. You will see Electrified Net Arrow in yellow, and it is unselctable, and Raptor Pack is in place of your T1 Secondary. I posed screen shots over there as well.
May be happening for other sets, but that's the only place I have seen it. My testing, however, is far from exhaustive.
