    Island Rum's future itself is TBD. But, we will still support MAC regardless.

    Yep! Chasing Fool's Gold is in Week 11. That next comes up between 05 December 2022 - 11 December 2022.

    Happy Holidays time again!

    It's that time once again, Ladies and Gentlemen! Tis the season for snow beasts and gift giving. 

     

    Santa has had a rough couple of years - short on workers, supply chains running dry, and joy around the world steadily declining. But this year, things will be different! Santa has a plan to fix everything! But nefarious plans are afoot aswell... Whispers in the night air carry the names of the Sand Man, Jack Frost, and even the Boogie Man (Booger Man?). Who could be behind all these terrible things?

     

    We will be taking submissions from now, November 2nd until November 30th for our Holiday AE Contest.

     

     

    🎅 Contest Rules 🤶

    Create a story arc using all the objectives below.

    Story arcs must adhere to the Code of Conduct.

    Only one entry per player.

    Include the following information when submitting an arc.

    Arc ID

    Arc Name

    Author

    Number of Missions

    Description

    🐾Photo of your pet in a Holiday Costume (optional - will not effect judging, we just like the pictures!)🐾

    Only the arcs posted on this thread will be included in the contest. Please do not submit via DM or Discord.

     

     

     

     

    Contest Objectives - The story arc must contain all of the following criteria or will be immediately disqualified.

    • Create a 3 mission story arc (only 3 missions - anything longer will be disqualified. Less is okay.)
    • Arc must mention or contain at least one (more than one if you want) of the three bad guys listed above (Sand Man, Jack Frost, and/or the Boogie Man (Jive Turkey Boogie Man?)) 
    • Must contain at least one character with Ice themed powers
    • Must include Santa - mentioned or as a character/contact
    • Must include either a defendable object or a battle event somewhere in the arc

     

     

    BE CREATIVE!

     

    Prizes - We will be handing out the following rewards as prizes!

    • First Place: 1,000 Reward Merits, 5 Winter Packs, Special Golden Title
    • Honorable Mentions: 500 Reward Merits, 3 Winter Packs, Special Golden Title

    To be fully transparent, that old format was significantly more overhead for the team. This format allows for a repeatable method to share the information that can be viewed and used in multiple ways including a method for everyone to add it into their own personal calendars if they wish.

     

    I understand the sentiment and don't really disagree. If others prefer the other format, there is nothing preventing someone from replicating that (using this information) here on the forums, on the HCWiki, or somewhere else.

    WEEKLY STRIKE TARGET SCHEDULE

    • Everything appears once per cycle apart from the four core Villain SFs (Virgil Tarikoss, Silver Mantis, Operative Renault and Ice Mistral) which all appear twice
    • Every week now has 3 options (apart from Respec Week, which has all 6 Respec trials)
    • Villains, most weeks have two options available for them
    • Level 50 content is evenly spaced (outside of the Shadow Shard TFs which will appear sequentially once per cycle)

    The Weekly Strike Targets rotate at 04:00 UTC every Monday morning. You must complete the Strike Target before it rotates in order to receive the additional rewards. The one-off reward (Double Reward Merits + Notice of the Well or bonus XP) can only be earned once per character, per week, even if there’s more than one Strike Target.  Completing another target in the list will not trigger an additional reward (however, you can earn badges for repetition when you've already received the one-off reward.)

     

    In-Game: Current WST List

    You can also refer to the LFG window in-game for the currently Weekly Strike Targets, which will be highlighted in purple:

    Keep in mind you will not see any TF/SF/Trials you are not eligible to run in this list, WST or not.  This could be due to the character being in a different alignment, below the minimum level required, or missing a prerequisite arc.

    We've created a "Weekly Strike Target Calendar here on the forums. You may view the schedule at https://cohhc.gg/wst. This will take you to the monthly calendar view for the calendar.

    I personally think it looks great in the "Event Stream" view. Here's the October 2021 Event Stream as an example.
