Parilous

When I started out this build I looked up Dual Blades on Paragon wiki and it says that Dual Blades are for Tanks, Brutes, Scrappers and Stalkers. In looking for a build I only found one and it was for a scrapper. I used as much of the build as I could. The wiki said that Scrappers and Brutes are the same for Dual Blades but that's not true. Some class type enhancement differences. I'm just trying to make sure that I do or don't need to change some of the enhancement sets or the number of slots for the powers to maximize the build. How do I move it?
