  1. So this one manages to keep that perma-hasten/AM. It has maxed S/L defense, and close to maxed energy. It runs lots of toggles but has lots of end recharge and redux. It has lots of panic buttons (EM pulse, Inferno, venge, incarnate powers). In groups, it can debuff like mad, while tossing out respectable damage, buffs (AM, leadership, venge) and some heals. Soloing its also a beast....the passive defense lets you survive most things, and the debuffs take down AVs and Giant monsters well. I've soloed most of the GMs, which isnt easy as a squishy corrupter. I did say you dont need fly, but i have Super speed. Thats because super speed+the sealth proc in swift gives you AWESOME stealth. I can ghost almost any mission. On SFs with the teams permission, i can ghost any mission that is ghostable, either TPing the team or just soloing the boss. I dont have Blazing bolt. I understand theres been lots of upgrades to the sniper powers, so I should give it another look, but i just LOVE this build.   2. Any specific questions, or just general thoughts? as a life-long fire/rad, (my main always) here goes: Good job with the perma-hasten/AM! Any specific reason you are focusing on resists? those are pretty impressive numbers, but you still have so many things that can rock you. anything besides S/L. anything that isn't ranged. I feel like you are putting a lot of effort into that. For my squishier toons, I almost always focus on defense. If you can cap either positionals or S/L, you can survive most things. And it looks like you have to do some weird slotting to max your ranged def. You have lots of powers that are being nerfed by the lack of slots, because you need them elsewhere. Rad infection, enervating field, AM, rain of fire, stamina...all these are great abilities that could use more slots. I don't know the numbers exactly, but i imagine this build would struggle with End issues. Seeing 6 slots in boxing HURTS i'll go a bit deeper ill start with the stuff you skipped: -Mutation: im not a healer, i dont enjoy healing, but this has saved my group so many times. and it requires zero slots. I think its great. When the team start to fall, rez another rezer and suddenly you are back in it. -Choking cloud: I also skip. too much end for such a meh ability -fallout: I also skip. Its so situational, and if someone is down, im already trying to veng/mutate -EM pulse: its an awesome "panic button". its such a good hold. I think its great and worth grabbing. I have several panic buttons and its just nice to have. With perma-AM/haste, you can spam your main powers so often that you only need a few attacks and have room for lots of those panic buttons. things you got that...ehhhh -aim: i get its a nice buff. But you have so many other things you can spam all the time. Or is this to help with the sniper power? I've had it and found that I was usually better off just hitting another attack. But I can see its use. -fly/afterburner: as you stated, we have so many other travel powers these days, I dont actually pick these up -Dark mastery: While I disagree with the focus on resist, this does fit your theme. but the other powers in it dont do that much. consumption will get you some end, but with different slotting, you dont need it. and its damage is weak. Soul drain also does weak damage, but that buff does look pretty nice. While I mentioned it before, having perma hasten/AM makes all your recharge SO AMAZING. I can literally throw fireball or blaze constantly. Your build has lots of buffing (aim/soul drain). the problem is all that takes time to set up. You already need time to set up your debuffs. So if you go to a group, you drop radiation infection, then enervating field, then lingering rad, then soul drain, then aim....thats SO MUCH setup. if you are on a team by now the enemies are probly dead. if you are soloing, that took so much time before you can use a real attack. I'll post mine and talk about it a bit...
  3. So on live, I had a incarnate-d crab. It was so tanky that it could to ticket farms, and pretty much take on anything. I've been re-making it (currently level 49) but had a question if about how folks feel about omega maneuver, do other folks find it lackluster? It sounds like one of those "this is so good that a kid must have designed it" powers. invincible nuke that taunts the enemies and then KABOOMS. But in practice, it seems SO SLOW. if im on a team and drop it in a group, the group is usually dead before it goes off. So I end up sticking it in the NEXT group after the one we are fighting, so it goes off right before we start to hit them. And even then it seems lackluster, seems weaker that an incarnate judgement power or a blaster/corrupter nuke. Solo its a bit more useful, but my recharge is already high enough that i can spam between my 3 AoEs (suppression, venom grenade, frag grenade). And none of them require that silly setup. So be clear, I like my crab as a tanky ranged AoE-er. I have pets but am not trying to be a crabmind. However, droping omega could let me get hasten and be closer to being a crabmind, or a taunt to use my tankiess in a team setting. linking my build for reference.
