Dark/atomic here. Every 25 seconds I have an area hold that lasts 18 seconds. Two single target holds full of procs that hit for @400dmg. Perma hasten, 46 ranged defenses several near cap and mid 30s for others, but coupled with slotting -tohit sets in my cones and with blackstar. Nothing hits me...

Solo dimensional shift proc'd out is quit good. If coupled with wormhole with kb to kd and Sing with kb to kd you can pull off some fun proc combos with sing locking things down. It is also a very good oh, sh** power for extra pulls or if teams get split. If the team understands the power it is quite useful all the time,but it is a very hard learning curve for PUG groups.
