  1. Janky movement and power animations. Have been playing this toon for a few days and I only now see an issue with the movement. I THINK it happened after a respec. So I tried a secondary active build at level 1 to confirm it wasnt some weird power interaction. Verified files in the launcher. Tried an alt toon with the costume unlocked to make sure I wasnt misremembering. BUT, it only happens on this toon! and just recently!   4. Heya. Credit to both FlammeFatale and Dungeoness for inspiration for this build. Ive been searching for a reason to play Warshade again and with the new toggle suppressions coming with the new update, I wanted to dust off my old toon and give it a whirl. Would love some feedback (if interested) and suggestions. I pulled quite a bit from this build tho, so not TOO much is different. I did give it a go on beta and it hits like I want it too! Quick edit after the fact. I added some KB protection to the build BC this plays as an AOE tank. Open with GE and swap back to dwarf before engaging. With more emphasis on swapping in and out of forms during actual mob attacks. But the Clarion recommendation may negate the need for this.

What better time than soonish to show the patrons of Paragon what the game is all about! Community and showing off! OR.. Have to speak with "Montague Castanella" in Steel Canyon University, first, have him send you to Cimerora. After that "arc" is complete, Sister Valeria is now a available contact. **UPDATE 2** For troubleshooting Fresh 50+ (t4 incarns slotted) toon created on beta. Gained entry to Cim thru House Hunter badge in Night Ward. No other Cim contact. -Sister Valeria introduction correctly, mission offered.

  9. Thank you Uun. Just wanted to address some of these for anyone later looking for a build. And will deff add a new build with some minor revisions 🙂 If you want to free up some slots (and aren't married to the LOTG bonuses), you can slot each shield with two lvl 50+5 defense IOs. The LOTG set bonuses arent necessary, but having dbl S&L and MEZ bonuses is nice. Im able to sit at +61% S&L res Is it worth adding the 2 +5 def IOS to only go from 24.47% to 25.55%? and 26.62% to 27.70% with incarn Agility. Unless you're doing it for the set bonuses, I wouldn't bother 6-slotting Frostwork. It's a very situational power and is fine with just the base slot. There is an extra 8.75% recharge in that set. I mostly use Frostwork for trial tanks anyways +1207.50 max hp is very nice to have. 🙂 Add slots to Arctic Fog. I usually slot for damage resistance - you can get 30%+ res to F/C/E. You're also want end red. Great idea with Artic Fog. That would boost F& C to 61+% and E 28% as is. Atleast a few extra res procs. Sleet isn't worth enhancing for damage and is a poor spot for Defender's Bastion. It's fine with two recharge IOs, or 3-4 slot with a defense debuff set. I know there are issues with rains and procs not working "as they should" and can deff revisit the Defender's Basion. Adding some extra -def in there would be better than the extra 10% range. Not sure why you're splitting the Defender's Bastion set. The 3-slot bonus isn't good and you're missing out on substantial defense and recharge bonuses for 6-slotting. Since its a 10% recharge bonus, I already have 5 with the 3 purps and 2 other def ATOs. The extra one wont really count anyways. And unless im going to proc out a sonic attack, not much use there. 3 recharge IOs in Heat Loss is too many - you're over the ED max. Deff need to take out the 3rd one. But the extra -4 sec! Power Boost doesn't boost the defense in your shields - they're flagged to ignore external boosts. Found this out last night, super disappointing. You want Agility Core for your Alpha. Boosts endmod, recharge and defense.
  10. Heya folks! Need a second set of eyes on this. Current build. Am a fan of all the travel powers, but is there anywhere I could get more defense for others thru my shields? Or even a better debuff layout? Current incarns : Clarion Radical Epihany Spiritual Core Paragon. Is this over kill? The 45% recharge is nice, but no benefit otherwise.

  12. Is there another way to list current zone in a macro or bind? Im looking to create a macro that will call out giant monsters in the current channel that will include coordinates and zone. Having trouble getting the zone part to actually work. $whereami doesn't seem to actually show in the channel. This is what I have so far. /macroimage "MunitionsMastery_Surveillance" "GMs Location" s Hey! $target is at $loc in $whereami! Come get some!" EX: Hey! Bababge is at [xx.x xx.x -xxx.xx] in Boomtown! Come get some!
  13. Why not go ice? You get Hibernate, which is great for end management and panic button. Ice storm stacks great with freezing rain. Frost breath, a cone, but so is your seeds, they work well together to hit just about everything with containment And frozen armor. Unless you are trying to cap res or def.. Ice armor allows sets from resistance and defense. This is great for both res and def proc sets.. Ive included a screenshot on how I have my current plant/storm/ice slotted with ice mastery. But if you are set on one of the 3 you mentioned. Id say /psi for the status protection.
  14. Still error as of 04/20/21. "Cursor texture or icon 'white' was -1169172944 bpp instead of 32 bpp" Error when attempting to move power in tray. Game crashed while attempting to submit in game ticket.

  16. I vouch for plant/storm/ice. Melts folks and is pretty flashy too.
  17. Current recharge is 171.25%, but with the 5 "force feedback procs, chance for +recharge 100%", (3 used constantly with a normal attack chain) perma haste is almost a given. ((Or very very close)) S/L defense 29.99% S/L resistance 9.5% Regeneration Rate 0.94%/sec (12.65 hp/sec) Recovery Rate 3.01%/sec (3.31 end/sec) End Consumption 2.27%/sec (2.49 end/sec) Recharge Time Bonus 171.25% Acc bonus 1.65x To hit bonus 85% Stealth Radius (PvE) 65.00ft And i'm sure you do, but throw Celerity: +Stealth in your Sprint power choice. But with the cold opening of Seeds of Confusion and a follow up with Roots/Vines and Tornado, there is almost no need for the high defense and resistance. IMO. But there is always Hibernate if things get out of hand. And with this build, even if you can only effect yourself, your pseudo pets are still going strong. Also, I am always in the front lines near melee so a strong defense isn't typically needed, unless you are just that unlucky.   18. Well, I was able to compile a new list. It looks like the 4 teleports labeled A-E, F-M, N-R, S-T are still able to be used with only the additional zones to be added. It looks like there are only 38 zones total. Or if you prefer.
  19. Please direct me to the right place if this isnt it. But Smoke Grenade on blaster secondary now aggros the uninitiated mobs. I had 65ft stealth on +4 council. Can someone else confirm? EDIT:: J/K. It was Dark Watcher's Despair chance for recharge slow.
  20. Taking a look at the changes. Was there a reason the jump control was removed from the new merging of Gymnastics and Agility? Screenshots below of the stats.
  21. Id thought Id share a few teleport ideas and give a list of zones for people who may not have it. Quick tip: You can sort zones by alphabetical order A-E, F-M, N-R, S-T(z) for easiest use. List of all zones. Base Porter ideas Would love to see yours.
  22. We all love costume contests. Its one of the best things about City Of. So heres an idea. There are 12 mannequins in Icon (10 on the inside, 2 on the outside). If there is a way to edit them on the back end, maybe there could be a Homecoming wide costume contest each month that the top prize is having your costume up for a year! These could be in game or on the servers like the 'Bring you kid to work day!' contest. Just a picture of the mannequins
  23. Came across this fun game crashing bug. So, we all know you cannot create a Stone/Claws Tank. And for those of you who dont, you cannot create a Stone/Claws Tank, or so I thought.. Recently I was looking around for a new toon and had seen Claws. Never trying it before, I decided Id roll a tank. Claws being the obvious choice with Stone for me. Typically, if you try to create a toon that has incompatible powers, the unselectable power will be greyed out. EX: Shield Defense and Katana or Stone and Claws. But if you choose the secondary power first (Claws), the character creator will allow you to select the primary power (stone) second. If you try to go back in to secondaries after selecting Stone, all is as intended and Claws will not be selectable. But if you skip right on to costume creator, you can register your very own Stone/Claws Tank! Sweet. A Stone/Claws Tanker! One of a kind! Bet theres no build for this yet on the forums! It appears the background code does not support this character combo.. at all.. and unfortunately for anyone attempting this method, your game is about to crash. No problem! We can always log back in and just select our new Tank from our vast (thank you Devs) character list. But youll notice that the new Tank is not even selectable. Youll get a fun new error message "InvalidPlayerinfo" with a creation date of 7480 days! Really wish COH was up and running 20 years ago! Sometimes youll get an error report, sometimes the game just spins out and crashes. You wont actually beable to play this new character, but you can brag how you have a permanent missing character on your character list! @Devs, maybe the coding can be updated to include Stone/Claws Tank or at the very least, fix this error in the character creation screen, its kind of a bummer being taunted with the possibility of this great concept toon, just to have to pulled away at the last moment. Ive attempted this bug with other unselectable primary and secondaries, and it appears only "Tank's Stone and Claws" is the magical broken combo.
