Was still getting wiped at the first group, it was a bit hard to play. As you can see I min/max'd for recharge in this build to try and get LR and SC as low as possible, as well as slotting FF+rech in everything i could and taking whirlwind to add to the chaos. I slacked on defenses to go for extra recharge, is that why the build is so weak? Am I missing something? as it stands from hide I can kill 1 thing and then as soon as I break hide, I can knock people down and try to CC but it's just delaying the inevitable, I get washed. TBH i'm also pretty new, I only have a fire farmer and this is my first fully IO'd build other than my farmer, so will this build only operate in a team where I wont get focused instantly? I honestly thought full set IO's meant that you could solo anything 😛
  2. Having a hard time finding a template to go off of as far as water/tacarrow goes for blasters. Does anyone have a build of their own to share? or some advice in general? I'm looking to use the tac arrow half of the blaster set to use as proc-based powers and then water blast i plan to just slot in a ton of force feedback and whatever else. I'm kind of lost as to where to start slotting enhancements though. Any help is appreciated

First time ever slotting up a 50 and I decided to make a farmer to quickly get my other alts slotted that are already 50, and I got decently far with the build form scrounging info on the forums and looking at builds/sets to get my defenses up and on to doing 4/8s. Now that my shoddy build can do 4/8s in about 6:30 if im trying to be quick, i'm looking to clean up and fill out my slots with good sets for damage/rech/acc/global buffs im not sure what to look for there. a few things to note about the build: - my 2 single target skills feel vastly less powerful than my aoe skills, but im soo scared to switch off of energy mastery since i had lots of endurance issues getting to this point in my build. - I can switch my 3rd party power pools around as long as i end up at 45% defense, im decently over the cap as it stands, open to suggestions but maybe leadership for acc and assault - not sure what to do with my res slot powers after i overcap with winter sets on my attack skills. - irradiated ground feels useless, what should i do with it? I see some builds slot it with proc damage but I have seen on the forums someone say that procs are bad on IG.   4. Just got my first 50 and no idea how to go about slotting, looking at a few different builds mainly time/dp defenders and other proc builds. I'm open to looking at other dp builds but as far as i understand procs are the best route? Any help or linked builds for DP/time are welcome tho, ty
