So I'm not exactly a pro at doing IO slotting, but here has been my attempt to make a Dark/Martial Arts Tanker that is softcapped to all positions (with the help of Storm Kick) and has capped resists except Energy which's 75% and Toxic. I suspect there're better ways to do this, but one of the things I wanted was a build that wouldn't reply on Incarnates to reach those build targets, because I like being somewhat exemplar friendly. With Incarnates the resist will be a little higher, I guess. I like the flavor of Teleportation with this character's roleplay background, but I'm fine with using another travel pool. One of the issues with this build is the low recharge, but I don't plan to go chasing high recharge. Moderate recharge would be nice, but not if it means sacrificing sturdiness. Martial Arts was chosen because of Storm Kick and because of having a reliable stun to stack with Oppressive Gloom, but I'm open to alternative suggestions too, even if it means having to settle for only softcapping Smash/Lethal or something. I considered /Claws and /Dark, for example.
