  1. I guess I understand prioritizing melee and smashing/lethal, but are ranged and AoE really not that much of a concern? Having never played a stalker before I don't really know. For Oppresive Gloom how does it work? does it give -regen? or is it effectively a damage tick on yourself? and is it lot? Mids isn't very helpful with it unfortunately and the description makes it sound more dangerous than I would think it's worth. Anyway, here's another stab at it, any other suggestions?   2. DISCLAIMER: I haven't actually made this build in beta or otherwise yet. I've been fiddling around with this build for a while now and I can't get it to where I want it. I'm looking for soft-capped positional defenses but any way I can see to increase one drops another. I'd also like more recharge but it seems like I would have to sacrifice some defense, which is a higher priority for me. Any ideas or advice? I'm open to switching around power selection or Epic pools or whatever.
