I'm in the exact same boat...have rescanned multiple times and get the tiny little error box with nothing else

I'm the same Have Re-scanned in Island Rum on mac multiple time, get the Ready to Play screen, hit the big arrow and get a tiny little Program Error window and nothing further

Yeah...tried that but the list still seems to be missing the one toon

So not sure what is causing this...but I have a toon that is clearly showing up under my account on one laptop...but if I login with same info on my other laptop, all of my toons except one are showing up in my list. Not sure why that is Any ideas?

Friend is working on a specific themed character and a sonic/devices combo anyone have a sample build they could share? His focus will be teams especially task forces

It was a fair question to ask...but I think just suggesting a general build would have been a reasonable response. But again...I understand the question. He has made the run to post-50, added incarnate powers but he's uncertain if he maybe missed something he should have grabbed or over/under-slotted some. Plus help on IO sets would be great. His goal is general 50+ team missions now...taskforces and the like.

In general what's your attack chain with this set?

Yeah...there are only 4 epic powers showing as an option...I believe Ice, Fire, Electrical and something else...Scorpion doesn't look like an option

Question...I tried to follow this build pretty close...I'm now at 47 but I don't see Scorpion Shield as a possibility. Am I missing something or did it change?
