In this time I have managed to get someone to leave a portal for me to Ouro, and in turn I'm able to create the Ouro portal as needed, but this guide you left me in which selections to make is AWESOME! Hello Community, Since returning to this game after it had closed down years ago I have been meticulous in my leveling process to pick up all bsdges, even going as far to halt experience to not out level contacts and there mission ranges. However, I did accidentally out level Dr. Shelley Percey, I hit level 15 and her mission ranges are 10-14. Even the Flashback mission is 10-14. Can someone offer up any advice or is there anyone with this contact that hasn't run "Steal samples of the Facemaker's Chemicals" on Torchbearer I can run this with? Any help would be appreciated. Hello Community, Decided to try out a Brute this time compared to a scrapper/mastermind that I normally run around with, was wandering if anybody could give me some pointers for Elec/Rad build. I know Rad is toggle hungry but strong, but was wandering slotting arrangements and so on. I'm giving this a try to try something different. Any thoughts and help would be appreciated.
