  1. Honestly, The bolded part seems great, but a Purple just seems like overkill. Maybe a SO enhancement (random origin), or perhaps an Inspiration (Medium MAX..Large would be abused). I think two those types of rewards would really get the blood pumping
  2. I'd change the inherent for sentinels to work something like this: Give sentinels a non-damaging, non-aggroable aura that surrounds them. Have it pulse once a second. IF the pulse hits an enemy, give the sentinel a buff to regen, recovery, resistance, defense, and recharge (any or all of these would be fine). This buff lasts for 5 seconds and is refreshed every time the pulse hits an enemy. It does not stack with multiple enemies If the pulse hits 0 enemies, give the sentinel a +Damage +To Hit, +Range (Any or all of these would work) Secondly allow X% of damage to pierce resistance Y% of the time.
  3. PvE mostly, I might venture into PvP zones, but I doubt I would arena with this. I mostly support for PvP.

  5. Bleh....I played support back in the day. movement suppression killed it for me. I could basically not take a travel power because I was constantly suppressed.

  7. I everyone. I ended up quitting around i16...I forgot how fun this game was and fun the hero builder tools were. I used to be really good at building out PvP builds and min/maxing. I threw this together with the last version of Mid's I could find. I don't understand incarnate abilities all that much, and I probably broke a ton of rules that I forgot about. Would someone be able to take a look to see if this build is even viable.
