Controller synaptic overload seems to apply the purple confusion dots whether or not the target is actually confused. At first i thought it was confusing an AV on the first shot every time even with the AV triangles, but turns out it is just the confuse vfx.

Definitely Nerve alpha... alot of the powers are seriously lacking in accuracy especially for 54's. and then kind of the standard others... clarion, banished panthjeon, reactive, ion... haven't thought about hybrid yet... Do we know if hybrid affects procs? whether the double hit can proc the procs? or the extra damage will affect them at all?

https://youtu.be/p5mHk207UlU Did a quick video comparing Overwhelming Force to Sudden Acceleration. As you can see in the video, Overwhelming force still causes knockback while sudden acceleration does not.

Ill amend... two colors kinda work... but one of them is just the two mixed... (red primary, blue secondary = some blue stuff and some purple stuff)

Can warshades get the same love Peacebringers got in terms if being able to use a primary and secondary color in their powers? :)

Not sure if it's doable... might be super easy, might be impossible. but just a suggestion... Add the Cabal lightning blast as an option in the power customizer, (similar to how you can choose soul noir for dark blast), and maybe even the Mu lightning as an option as well. I think there are a few other villain groups that customized versions of lightning blast too. Can't think of any other power sets that are used by npc's that could be added to the customizer... maybe GW's soul stuff could be good for dark blast...
