  2. Hello, I have been an avid player of City of Heroes Homecoming since April 29th 2020 and have been playing regularly since. I have made hundreds of characters and have tried out as many powers as I can aside from mostly Masterminds and Warshades. I have tried my hand at making builds, but had a very low understanding of the game mechanics and was just sort of winging it. Thanks to the very helpful folks from this community I have learned and expanded my own understanding of the game and my playstyle has changed alongside my builds to better help with my performance as a player. I have seen a lot of people reaching out on discord and have tried to give them assistance on power picks, why I chose them and why my builds are set up in their own way. It was suggested to me that I should create a dropbox for those looking for builds whether they just wanted something that was going to do well on paper, what powers were selected or skipped or maybe just to see other ways people used their enhancements on certain powers for a different point of view. The ones below in the dropbox only go back as far as October of 2023 because I am always trying to learn and sometimes I will pick up new ways of building and that was as early as I can recall my builds needing to be where I wanted them. Either way, I finally went ahead and created a dropbox that is available for all to look through and download onto their Mids Reborn file. My builds tend to lean into what the respective Archetypes are while also trying to make them viable for damage. Such as tankers trying to hit key survival number whether they are geared towards resists, so I am for resists and HP due to no defense debuff resists, or particular defensive softcaps for those needed to be defensive sound. All this while trying to have survival where it needs to be, without going overkill, and then focusing on damage usually as to not make people feel like they are stuck to one role and they can help the team with added DPS. The builds are typically named as their archetype following the powers selected, however, some have some notes after that to specify if they are made for someone specifically at the time or if they were created with caveats (more range def, farmers, ECT).   3. I am here to give my thoughts and feelings about arsenal control. To start, I want to go what I do like about the set. I do like the variety of the control options and I like how it can appeal to natural origin heroes/villains. I also do enjoy cryo freeze, liquid nitrogen and flashbang What I think can be improved: I think Smoke Canister's confuse time is a little short, or feels short, compared to its counterparts and I have no real immobilize to keep them in place. What I think is a choice: The stealth toggle is something, idk how to feel about it. I like it, just seems like an odd choice is all. What I do not enjoy: I really wish one of the powers could be swapped for an aoe immobilize to help keep enemies in place while I lay down more CC. I do like that I have lots of options of aoe mez, but would probably bring it together if I had a way to keep enemies in place with an immobilize aoe option. The drone: It's fine imo.
  4. At first I thought the attacks were being messed with because I had the targeting drone on. I de-toggled the targeting drone and still have the attacks appear to the far right of my character's weapon placement.

  6. Every time I try to open up Mids i'm met with an error code. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still running into the same issue. Do I need to save it to a specific file in my computer?

    I'm surprised to see builds with My. I think Leviathan has more synergy and you get a really cool AoE with water spout.
  9. How do people slot Cauterizing Aura? Or I should say, do you get more out of it with heals or endurance? Either way, I six slot it to get range defense from sets. It's also been suggested to use preventive medicine for the 8% recharge, which is always a plus for non-purple sets.
  10. I wish I could see the export of just the powers and moves on mobile, but all it's showing me is the import link. Either way i have the links saved and I'm very curious to see the amount of slots and used IOs for bonfire.
  11. Does this seem like a survivable, hard hitting scrapper? I want to be able to run end game content and not face plant too much on my teammates lol.   12. So i was going around and trying to find what moves I want along with the way I like to play. I'm trying to go with this makeshift build that works around Crushing Field and Wormhole, while also getting holds and procs thrown in for fun. I hope I did okay, I don't have a whole lot of defense myself, but the build was supposed to be more around helping the team and debuffing the others while I stay in the back and, hopefully, don't get noticed.   13. I was always under the impression that WP was always slightly behind Invul in regards to defense and resistance, but made up for it with much higher HP/Regen/Endurance maintenance. I always figured this was a way to balance them out.
