  1. Grabbing some inspiration here for my mind/rad, and I'm glad to find a fellow TK enjoyer 😄 . Super, super interesting build here, I may need to try a proccy build after seeing this. Is there a reason you put Coercive Persuasion on Confuse rather than Mass Confusion? Been going back and forth on this myself, and it's hard to find good info on how the Contagious Confusion proc works. Can see how leaving the Psionic Damage proc off of Mass Confusion could keep it from being a power that causes aggro and then you're still able to make use of that proc Ice Arrow (which is pretty sweet).

  3. Sort of a weird build apparently, it's been hard for me to find any info on Mind/Rad. This was my main back on live and so really wanted to go all out on a good build. I've made some concessions for concept, namely that I wanted to lean heavily into the telepathic/telekinetic aspect, so I took all the Mind/ powers and all the Psionic Mastery powers even when other, better powers could have been chosen (looking at you Telekinesis). Aside from that I'd love any advice on slotting and power choice. Being /Rad I can function as a decent support, with Radiant Aura and Accelerate Metabolism being great all around heals and buffs, and the Mutation ally rez power. The rest of the powers I chose in /Rad were mostly the debuff powers, forgoing Choking Cloud, EMP, and Fallout, mostly because they seemed either redundant with my Mind/ powers or I didn't use them much (Fallout is hard to use unless I coordinate with everyone every time I team to stay down long enough for me to get it off). I took Fly as my travel power and Hover + Evasive Maneuvers give me some much needed defense. Group Fly was sort of thematic, but I would be ok choosing something else if you have any ideas. As for slotting, I mostly aimed at getting my resistances and defenses up, with an eye toward recharge reduction. I'm about to respec and see how it plays but I'm concerned about End usage; this power set is a colossal End hog when I'm in full-bore with all my toggles (including the two debuff toggles) activated and spamming heal. Am I missing anything? I've got some obvious holes in my resistances and defenses, and I'm not sure if it's better to spread those around or focus on soft-capping specific types.   4. Browsing through character creation today, I noticed that the power description for "Quick Strike" is incorrect for the Tanker archetype. It looks to be the description for Ice Melee "Frozen Fists" power. This seems to only be the case for the Tanker archetype, as the power description seems to be fine for Scrappers, Brutes, and Stalkers.
