Banner of Mayhem when spawned in Bricks is Broken. It spawns with in the Prison Breakout Zone Event. The two windows for the two events combine thus breaking both event windows. (The timer for the Mayhem event is at the top of the window. Then several 00:00:00 then the total of captured Prisoners is shown.) This may even break the Prisoner Event. It didn't feel like it lasted as long as it usually does.
