Shielded Thunder

i was trying to look up some stuff on storm blast as i have a 44 storm/storm corruptor to see which powers are able to use procs properly so i can properly make a build in mids. all I've found so far is something on storm cell and cat 5 but i know chain lightning wont give me any procs as I've tried it with performance shifter chance for +end. does anyone have any tips on how i should move forward? i have recently moved forward in my building toons but corruptors are still rather a mystery in how i should do things. as i just have a lvl 50 fire/kin and it was made off a build i found.

long story short. working on kat/energy scrapper and ive just been winging it. ive never been great at slotting on my own. occasionally i can make a good one but idk where i should even start. ive been browsing the forum to try to find some possible ideas but there is hardly any /energy scrapper stuff. some guidance would be much appreciated.

I've made this combo and so fare i have no idea what I'm doing. I wanted to branch out from my usual armor sets so I've never got energy armor up at all do you have or anyone have tips to give me some guidance in this build

i redownloaded the launcher after upgrading my storage on my laptop and every time i hit play it says cannot proceed because VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found and MSVCP140.dll not found then closes the launcher
