So i tried the Windows 10 recovery to a point several days ago when i was actively playing and everything was working. It does not seemed to have fixed anything, would it be wise to undo the recovery?

First off i guess i should say i downloaded and was playing CoH Homecoming for a week or so before this occured. I am on Windows 10. I read about Vidiot maps and it seemed interesting, so i tried to download them, but it didnt seem to work. I was over my head and decided to fully delete all the files, as well as tequila, the whole shebang. Now when i try to download the tequila launcher it get maybe 1/20th of the way into the loading bar and closes. then when i click the new tequila icon, it opens for a moment, then says loading briefly at the bottom, and then closes completely. I have tried moving it into different folders, and running it as administrator. ive tried deleting it and redownloading (several times). I have tried restarting my computer and countless other things from google searches and this forum. I feel very upset with myself for messing with things when the game was working fine and now i am at a loss and feeling alittle heartbroken by it, as much as that sounds like an over reaction... Anyway if anyone could possibly help i would be ecstatic. and its worth noting that ive had this pc for all of a week or 2 so i am not well versed at all. I do have discord if it would be easier to speak to someone. thank you
