  1. Do you need acc in Slowed Response, I thought it was either auto hit or the Power boosted farsight provide enough acc. More recharge on shaves 3-4 seconds off recharge?
  2. This is my new Defender TA/A build baised on work done over in the Defender forum by KaizenSoze. It does take Scorp Shield, so it won't be a great reference for you. But what it does is use as many damage procs as possible in attacks -- in particularly Ice Arrow, which ends up being one of the highest (if not the highest) single target attacks with fast cast time. Your slotting gives up proc opportunities as you need more set bonuses to hit the S/L/R caps, which is fine. Just throwing this up here if it sparks some thought. Also note that I probably should take Entangling Arrow earlier (since it now has the -RES that used to be in Acid Arrow), but I found early steamroll teams /TFs didn't really need the extra ST -RES.   3. Updated version. Moved some power picks around, thinking of exemplared TFs and what I'd want earlier. Wondering if keeping Entangling Arrow is worth it vs. taking Super Speed - could pull the last slot out of Flash Arrow and put it in SS to get another 1.25% ranged def. Moved some slots around too, tried to squeeze out a little more ranged or keep it the same while getting KB protect. Can't tell if worth removing Annhiliation -RES proc from Acid Arrow and slotting instead another dmg proc (Jav Volley Lethal).
