  1. Cool build! This is why I have so many problems figuring out good builds. The build you posted has much better attacks while mine is a bit more survivable. Trying to find that balance on this build has been super frustrating! lol

  3. I used the build that @Lockpick posted above and changed a couple of things around a tiny bit. I was able to drop the Leadership pool, which I hadn't even considered! Thanks, @Lockpick ! I also tried your slotting for SC, SS and CU, and dropped the Winter sets I had in there. I lost a bit of def but made up some res, rech, regen and dam while reducing my end drain. Does this look a bit more reasonable compared to my other build?   4. I PL'd a SJ/Bio to 50 but I just can't seem to figure out how to slot Bio! I've seen so many different opinions on it that I temporarily gave up. lol
  5. I've been messing with this build all day and it's driving me crazy! lol I plan on eventually running incarnate content. This toon will not be examplaring down so, no attuned enhancements. I'd considered taking a stab at the Pylon testing since I've never tried it but I don't think I can achieve the best amount of damage without sacrificing survivability. I may have to finally slot my SJ/Bio Stalker for that. It's configured so that Hide is showing the "attacked" value. Relative enhancement levels are set to+5. Perma Hasten just barely. S/L Resist at 50.3 I feel like this build is ridiculous (in a bad way) even though the numbers seem good to me. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks in advance! Do you think the potential benefits of the increased +crit and associated bonuses for 6-slotting Superior Scrapper's Strike outweighs the potential for increased recharge from the Force Feedback proc? I can't figure out how to get more recharge out of the build without making more sacrifices.   9. Hello all! I recently asked for help with a build in the Stalker forum and I applied some of the great advice I received there to this Kat/SR Scrapper build. This is only my second full build (well, 6th version of the second build) in MIDS and I wanted to run it by the experts to see if I'm missing anything obvious or if anything can be improved. Money is no object. I'm fairly set on the power selections but I'm absolutely open to recommendations. I really want to keep Super Jump and I built the toon for a bit of running speed for maneuverability.   10. Once again, you've given me a lot to think about! I felt like it was sacrilege NOT to include Combat Jumping at first but...this is great! I spent hours yesterday working on builds using what I've learned from you and Croax's "More than just a Ninja" thread. I'm also working on a Katana/SR Scrapper build and I will be using what I've learned there as well. Thank you SO much!
  11. Ok, that's just awesome! That is a LOT of recovery!!! lol I love it. So many things here that I didn't even consider. Love the build. I'm trying to find a way to get a bit more def in there to hit that 59% but, I'm getting the feeling I may not really need it considering most of what this toon will be doing will be TF's, random lvl 50 stuff and maybe the occasional S/L farm in AE. How has the 34.6% DDR worked out for you on that build?

He was originally (loosely) a Batman inspired toon which is why I wanted the shurikens in there so bad. They got phased out (along with Smoke Flash and Caltrops) when I realized I couldn't get a good build and started to move away from "theme." I had actually been thinking of just making a new one as a SJ/SR so maybe that IS the way to go. I definitely like the idea of using Quickness. So, is the old 45% softcap just not viable anymore for endgame content? I've seen so much about the 59% softcap but I'm not sure what all is actually applies to. EDIT I just made a quick SJ/SR to see what it could look like. Melee def seems a tad high at 65.4% but I wasn't sure how effective the 80.32% DDR would be. I'm still learning.   13. Hello all! This is my first real attempt at a build in MIDS and I need some advice from the experts here! I was trying to hit the incarnate defense softcap that I keep reading about for melee, ranged and AOE (I've seen 58.75% and 59%) while keeping end costs down. I can't seem to squeeze any more recharge out of the build though. I wouldn't usually take both Initial Strike AND Heavy Blow but I figured another filler attack with good set bonuses would help fill the gap of not having great recharge. Plus, I was having a hard time finding another good Ranged Def bonus so I used two full sets of Mako's. I don't like using mules but that's exactly what I did with Stealth and Invisibility for those two LOTG's. I originally REALLY wanted Shuriken and Exploding Shuriken in the build but I just don't think it will work with all of the other things I'm trying to accomplish that I listed above. I'm hoping that I pasted this build to the forum correctly...please let me know if it's ok! Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated on how I can make this a better build.
