Hello! I'm hoping someone can spare a build or 2 for an nrg/nrg scrapper, quite a bit of soloing, groups and tf's are a must, and be able to exemplar just fine. Greatly appreciate your time.

One can see NPC crabs and their helmet eye lights work just fine. One can use a bane helmet and those eye lights work as well. But the eye lights on the crab soldier helmet do and show nothing. Is this intentional? Just having them on would be fine, pulsing like the NPC's would be optimal.
