I entered the mission "Magic Man Part 2" (question Jimmy the Preacher) with 12 inspirations, and once inside, I think right after I defeated the boss, all of them had just... disappeared. I hadn't used any of them during the mission. Re-logged the char, and they didn't show up, they were gone for good. This was very weird, first time something like this happened.
