The fact that you noticed those things makes me all fuzzy inside 😊 The hood and cape, the mask (wolf like and and sound amplifier), the black claws are a give more or less, but I never thought you would see the moon in there! At first I colored the gem in the belt grey but went with gold in the end like in your original costume. Your choice of gold/yellow elements in the eyes, chest sign and belt draws a defining vertical line in the overall dark color scheme and makes the dark and gold both stand out. Really glad you like it.🥳

Now this is my style of crazy! 😍 The atom symbol and his look just makes me think of nuclear blasts and exploding stars... good times. 🥰 Radioactive powers FTW!!! btw. I posted here one of my costumes that would look great as an alternative for this guy. Doctor Trinity.costume

So I made a water/rad corr. I saw some suggestions that it would be good for solo play. Plus the water set just looks bombastic and fun visually. I would be grateful for any tips on how to level up and/or what powers to skip in the set. I have looked at some builds in the blaster forums that had water. And some some of them skipped aqua bolt others hydro blast and some took both aqua and hydro and dropped tidal forces. The set look power heavy as a lot of builds had almost all powers minus one (aqua or hydro etc). I imagine this would be the case for corruptors as well. And would the /rad affect the power choices in any way?

Updated costumes I used for my main characters back on live. First my new rad/ss tanker and her water/rad corruptor sidekick. Both are Redfor on Excelsior😆 And some new costumes I made. Something inspired by Hellraiser and Tortured Souls cenobites This one inspired by D&D Duergars And some golden age of comics fun 🥰

I would love some tips on a dark/dark build. How good is dark/dark for harder content? Like op I'm mostly a solo player.

No worries 😄 Back in the day I rolled with brutes cuz... well red was more fun for me. Going for a rad/ss tank will be great. I think I will roll on excelsior boost the redfor numbers 😉

Is there any reason to pick ss/rad brute over rad/ss tanker other that fluff? At least for solo. From what I have seen it seems tankers will do better in the long run.

🤣 can't argue with the edgy part. I never was any good with creating bios and big back stories for my characters or costumes. But ( Y ) I always imagined how they would look on the cover of 70's or 80's comic book covers and the sales pitch: "She is a normal pole dancer trying to make a living in the hard world... At night she transform in to a bloody revenant of vengeance killing radioactive vampires in the post apocalyptic nuclear war zone!"

My old toys from the attic 😀 I found my old coh stuff (printscreens, costume save files. old guides) on a old WD external drive from 2013. I have not touched this thing in 7 years. I didn't even know I still had the damn thing. Two weeks later I found out coh is alive and has privet servers 😍 All of those are my old costumes. Edited 2 or 3 of them a bit but for the most part it's old stuff. Still have a lot of screen shots of old costumes I want to recreate.

Hello /cohh I come to you in a time of great need 😎 But in all seriousness hello:) I played on live years ago, started when City of Villains came out. I used to play ss/ele and ss/inv brutes and the game was still alive when I quit. I imagine a lot has changed, even more so with the new patches we have here. So I want to ask for some advice. I play solo and not gonna lie I would like to try 4/8 at some point after I relearn the game again. So solo all the way. - First question since we can pick any archetype to be a villain what will better fit my needs brute or tank? - Second question the big one. I need some guidance/advice/opinion about some power combinations. I'm thinking mainly ss/rad or rad/rad or rad/dark. At the same time I'm curious how would my old power sets (ss/ele and ss/inv) fit my play style now. From the power sets I listed what in your opinion plays well or works well or fits the solo play style the best? What is the most fun/boring or even the most broken/useless etc. ? I know a lot of those are personal preferences but I'm interested in those as well. Btw I'm not asking "tell me what is most op and hand me that best leveling and end game build for it". Ofc and build would be very helpful but the forums full of builds so that should not be a problem😄 Like I said just some guidance/advice/opinion from the theorycrafting crowd and veterans of both tanks and brutes.
