  1. I appreciate the transparency in accounting that we get here. Makes it a lot easier to be okay with donating compared to a lot of things out there. Thanks for the work.
  2. I'm more concerned with the change giving Dominators 12 second recharge when blasters are having it taken away from them. I'd like more explanation on why this was considered a good idea.
  3. I ran a dark armor/elec tank back on live that had softcapped defenses, but I don't remember the build, and I tossed al the old mids files back when I thought I'd never play again. :/

  5. Disclaimer: I ran a shield/elec back on live, and have one here, but my playstyle is probably not the same as yours, no two usually are. Take this advice as being well-intentioned, but don't let my opinions override your style. Honestly, I think you're sacrificing too much damage in this build. The difference between 3- and 6-slotting Battle Agility, for instance, is going from 23.19% to 23.99% ranged/AoE defense. Take those three slots and put them in Jacob's Ladder (although I never take JL; it's too slow). There's other places where this can be done as well. Tough: 6-slotting you're at 23.63% S/L resist. Drop three. You'll be at 23.12%. Stick those slots in Charged Brawl so you can actually use it. It's the one that does Bruising after all. Weave: You're at 8% Defense with 6 slots. Take three out, you'll be at 7.71%. Add those three to Charged Brawl as well. Combat Jumping: Go down to two slots here, from 3.94% to 3.53%. Stick them in Melt Armor. Swap to Shield Breaker. It's a lower set, but you have plenty of bonuses that it doesn't weaken the power any at all. Instead it gives you a recovery bonus AND an AoE and Melee defense bonus. Stick Mako's in Charged Brawl. Change either Thunderstrike or JL to Obliteration. Your positional defenses are now 53.3/49.5/51.4, from 56.1/49.1/53.5. Your ranged is 0.4% lower, but you gain more in the other two, and melee defense is going to be the one that gets hit the most. That's it for defenses. Against All Odds has two slots that it doesn't need. Drop the taunt slot. It applies that taunt so often already it's really not worth it. You won't need the recharge either unless you're absolutely sure you're going to be getting stunned every 5 seconds; that's the only way the recharge would matter. Active Defense is the same. Even without slotting for recharge, you're at an 82 second recharge with a duration of 120. Leave it single slotted. You can use those slots to increase your recovery a bit instead; stick them in Stamina. Grab Performance Shifter for those, including the proc. It'll effectively put you at around 3/sec for recovery.   6. Do you have Windowed mode enabled in-game? (This is not as silly of a question as it sounds.)
  7. It's not that it's harder to buy into, it's just common for people to approach magic from the standpoint of 'it doesn't obey any rules so it does everything'. If you get your sci-fi wrong, people can poke at it. If you get your magic wrong, no one can really poke.
