The one in the OP didn't contain the score directory.

It turns out that the torrent doesn't come with all needed files. If you want I can prepare a new one with all necessary files to run the game.

I certainly hope so. And I hope NCSoft allows this (though their past makes them more of a villain than a hero) and allow gathering donations up to amount needed to keep the server running.
